The guide was very kind and knowledgeable and I’m very happy I chose to go with a guide instead of alone. Everything went really smoothly with the driver and the transportation was definitely more quick and comfortable compared to taking a bus etc. Overall it was an excellent day and I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone interested in the longmen grottoes or shaolin!

China Xian Tour was a fantastic company to work with. We took an 11-day tour (Yunnan with an added three days to Guilin). Sophia the tour coordinator was transparent, responsive, and professional. The guides were all amazing, most were great with my two young kids. They went out of their way to ensure we had a good experience, including courier servicing a lost wallet—truly a class act. We traveled with my family, my dad, and my aunt, so we were across the board in terms of age, mobility, and need for flexibility. The vans were clean and the drivers were safe. I highly recommend using them as they are more affordable than some of the other tour companies but provide an equal level of service - while being transparent about what is included. We found China Xian Tours online and started a conversation with Kelly. We explained we needed a tour that included two of the big sites for first time travellers to China, this being the Great Wall and the Terracotta Warriors. We wanted to add on a few more days somewhere so Kelly suggested Guilin. We were going to Shanghai doing our own thing but needed to still get there somehow. Kelly was always only a WhatsApp or phone call away. She always understood exactly what we were after. Our private tour included 3 nts Beijing 2 nts Xian 2 nights Guilin and 1 night in Yangshuo. Our time with our experienced and very personable tour guides was a magical experience. Thanks to Jack in Beijing, Sasha in Xian and Monica in Guilin. This is a great experience to visit the terracotta museum and walk over the city wall. Our tour guide, Noble, is a great guy. He is very polite and knowledgeable. He is also fluent in English. As he is Xi’an born guide so he knows a lot about Xi’an history. The tour is not rush as it is private tour. We spent almost three hours in the museum to learn not only history but also how the terracotta warriors created. No hidden charge nor selling something we don’t want. We are very enjoy throughout the trip. It is highly recommended

Thanks to our guides, Serena (Beijing) and Sophia (xi'an) who are English speaking, very knowledgeable, friendly and accomodative to our halal dietary needs. Found us great halal restaurants and helped us communicate with locals due to our language barriers. Extra thanks to Serena who ensure we got onto our bullet train and reach Xi'an smoothly and safely. (Which was one of our main worries) . My family of six recently enjoyed a 3-day private tour of Xian, and our fantastic tour guide, Noble, made the experience unforgettable. His deep knowledge and understanding of the culture, history, and traditions of Xian were truly impressive. Noble spoke good English and provided each of us with headphones, ensuring we could clearly hear his commentary at every destination. He even went above and beyond by arranging tickets for The Legend of the Camel Bell show and recommended several delicious places to eat. Noble’s thoughtful guidance and expertise added so much value to our trip!

Our guide Summer is very caring, patient and accommodating. Their contacted us via messaging way before the actual date to find our ot acertain hotel info etc and keeping that communixatiin portal open is really reassuring for us. The guide and driver are truely friendly and the guide command of English is really good and we have no peoblem understanding plus vehicle provided are really suited to our needs too. Not to mention, the guide Summer has great knowledge on the history of Xian plus history of ancient China per se. Great bargain and highly recommended for anyone coming Xian.

Most people focus on the terracotta warriors (which are amazing by the way) but risk missing out on a very unique experience to visit the Xi'an City Wall - China's only intact ancient city wall. The history is fascinating, and when else do you get a chance to ride a bike on such an historic ancient monument!? Our tour guide Ken was extremely knowledgeable, and helped us understand more about Xi'an and the city wall. Definitely recommend this tour - you can do it quickly or take more time and stretch it out, it's up to you. Very glad we made the time to do this!

What a wonderful experience! Our tour guide Summer made this an unforgettable trip through the Qianling Mausoleum and Famen Temple. This tour with our guide Summer was amazing. Nikki and Nobel were our tour guides for Beijing and Xi’an respectively. We had a wonderful experience with them and appreciated their punctuality every day. The drivers were also very punctual and easy to find with the welcome boards. We were impressed by their knowledge and how they explained everything so clearly to us so we could learn lots of historical and cultural facts. Because they are official tour guides with licences they were able to easily admit us into busy attractions. They took great photos of us at beautiful locations and it was also nice to be on a private non shopping tour. Nobel and Nikki were very kind and easily contactable throughout our trip. They made our experience a once in a lifetime memory and we would highly recommend them.
