Wow!
Firstly we went to the Ming Tombs, I had no idea just how amazing this place was. So much history and in the most stunning location in the mountains.
Our guide Peter was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We did 5 tours during our stay and Peter was the best.
We then went to lunch at a great venue, food was first class.
I'm not a fan of planned shopping trips but the Jade shop we visited was friendly, not pushy and I bought a beautiful piece that represented family.
Next The Great Wall.
This has been high on my bucket list for many years. Yes there were queues but hey it's China, you queue everywhere.
The wall was just amazing and my only regret was I couldn't stay there longer.
I will definitely be going back.
On the way back to Beijing city we stopped at a Chinese tea ceremony (tea tasting) once again really interesting and staff were not pushy.
Thank you to China Xian Tours and Sophia Liu for first class customer service throughout our booking process and tours.
I will be going back and will book through your company again.
