A big thank you to our tour guide Justin and our driver for making it a memorable tour. Hotel pick up and drop off was well organised. Justin was briliant and looked after us for the duration of the hike. This section of the Wall is great if you want to avoid crowds of tourists. Lunch provided was delicious and servings were generous. We highly recommend this tour, a must do if you’re in Beijing.

This was the first time I had booked a tour with Tripadvisor and it was so easy. My daughter and I were picked up promptly at our Beijing hotel and settled in for the 2 hour drive to the wall. We enjoyed getting to know Linda our tour guide and learning more about China. For sure take the gondola to the wall. I contemplated saving the fee but when I realized how high we traveled it was worth it to get to the wall refreshed. We took the section of the wall to the Left of the gondola. It was perfect! We were there early October so there was virtually no one on the wall. Linda was great at telling us details as well as just having fun conversation. The best part was sharing the experience with my 16 year old daughter! Lunch after the hike was super tasty. My daughter says it was the best tofu she has ever eaten! Thanks Linda for the great experience!
