Overview
Set yourself apart from the crowds on this tour of the Great Wall at Mutianyu—one of the most scenic and least crowded sections of the world wonder. This small-group tour is limited to 21 people for shorter wait times, and doesn’t include any shopping stops, letting you make the most of your time at the iconic global attraction. Plus, round-trip transport from Beijing makes getting to the wall a breeze.
What to Expect
Make your own way to a meeting point in central Beijing to greet your guide and your group, then begin the 1.5-drive to the Mutianyu Great Wall.
On arrival, spend roughly three hours exploring the wall: take a chair lift and toboggan ride (own expense), hike along the trail, and snap photos of scenic vistas, all while hearing the stories behind this iconic global attraction. Break for lunch at a popular restaurant near the Great Wall—a small-group tour of 21 people or fewer means shorter waiting times at the restaurant and more time exploring.
The tour concludes at your original departure point.

Fantastic Tour!

I saw several other comments and it's really hard to add something original. A perfectly organized trip to a unique place. Our guide Emma was simply the best! Tasty lunch and finally a toboggan! I honestly recommend!

2nd Time, Still great!

No side trips, no stopping at trinket shops, just 3 hours on the wall to enjoy the experience (and set lunch at the wall)

I agreed. Emma is great. This tour needs an entire day. The tours that are have day barely grasps the greatnesses of the wall.
