We have had the best day in Beijing with Maggie as our guide. First we saw Tiananmen Square, then we headed to the Forbidden City. We learned so much about the history and took lots of fabulous photos. The car we rode in between our hotel and all the locations was clean and comfortable, and our driver Mr Yang was patient and kind. We then made the drive to the Great Wall of China. Took about 1.5hrs, and we learned more information on the drive. Just before arrival, we had a buffet style lunch, which was tasty and had a pretty good variety. It had been raining a little, but when we arrived at the Great Wall, the weather cleared up, so we were very lucky! The Wall was incredible. We were able to spend a couple of hours there, and on the way back down we were treated to a free tea ceremony and we couldn’t resist taking home some souvenirs. The day was fantastic, and Maggie was so kind and knowledgeable. She really was a fantastic guide, and made the day so enjoyable. I highly recommend this tour!

the forbidden city is an absolut must see - and the guided tour was just amazing. we did not only see all the most impressive parts of the forbidden city but also got very important historical information. Our guide Rita was extremely nice, patient and fun. She had a lot of knowledge about the sites and much more. Would definitely recommend to ask for her if planning to book this tour. The driver was also nice and drove very well.

Lucy, our guide, was very knowledgeable about the history of China at the different sites. Gave us great photo recommendations at our different tour sites. The banquet food for lunch was very good. Definitely take the cable car up the Great Wall. For the younger set-ride down on the tobaggan. Her English was very proficient and answered our questions appropriately. Ask for Lucy Yi.

Lucy was a fantastic tour guide, knowledgeable with excellent English we could understand, and was great answering any questions we had. (We've been touring China and not all tour guides are the most understandable, and comprehend questions). She also took us to the better quality souvenir shops, and pointed out the local artisans. We went to Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City (which she had really interesting knowledge about), and Mutianyu Great Wall (she knew the best photo spots). She kept us on track and got us through the day. Would absolutely reccomend.
