Both our guide and driver were very punctual, courteous and accommodating to our requests. Coco, our guide, was very knowledgeable. She also recommended a great local restaurant for Peking Duck dinner! We were very satisfied with the private tour.

WE had Kelly as our tour guide. She was wonderful, her english was very, very good. She was very informative and helpful. Can't imagine doing it another way. We arrived at Tianjin early in the morning, they were there to pick us up and they were ready to go. They picked us up and took us everywhere we had determined, no long lines, they had everything planned. They also brought us back to the ship[p on time. Recommend it highly. Can't ay enough good about Kelly. Request her you won't be sorry.

We had Bruce Zhao for our driver and he was great! He got us there quickly and recommended a toboggan ride down the wall that was very affordable and super fun! He was very punctual and had a nice & clean car making it a very pleasant ride. I would highly recommend using this service!

2 days in Beijing was perfect!
First day was Tiananmen Square, Forbidden Palace, shopping and acrobatic show. Take the time to stand in line for Mao. (No photos, no water bottles.) Acrobatic Show if one of a kind - Hour long. Fun way to end the day. Pay for VIP seats.
Second day was The Great Wall and Summer Palace. The Great Wall is the pinnacle of the trip. We hiked up the stairs. 30-45 minutes. 75 flights.
Pick up from and drop off at airport made it so convenient.
Great history lesson from Coco. Very upbeat and knowledgeable. Fun restaurants.
2nd time we’ve worked with Violet’s company. Very pleased.

Wonderful pics. Coco and the driver pick us at 7:30 am on the hotel. Very confortable car, the chinese guy drives very safely and Coco was such a nice tour guide. She is calm, explain all the important points and it seems she likes a lot her job. She speaks very good English which is not usual to hear in China. Coco was recomend to us by our Brazilian friends and for sure we will highly recomend her to all our friends too. It totally worth to have a tour guide and the driver to pick up you on hotel and visit all mainly Beijing attractions. Ask Violet for Coco to be your tourist guide.

This was my fifth trip to Beijing, but the first with my wife and sightseeing time. A friend who lives in China recommended Mr Kong Lee’s company. Quick contact and introduction via WeChat had dates, times and prices confirmed.
Why you should do it this way.
1. Limited signage in English.
2. Tickets and entry are taken care of. Many tickets must be purchased online in advance. They sell “only” 80,000 tickets to the Forbidden City. And, they do sell out.
3. You learn things you would not learn otherwise.
4. You can go back another time on your own, but doing this first will let you figure out where you want to spend more time.
5. You don’t want to try and drive in Beijing. Trust me.
6. You can enjoy the visit, not spend your time figuring out how to do the next thing.
Lucy, our guide, and Mr Wong, our driver, picked us up at the hotel on time and we did the local Beijing sites the first day. We eat a large breakfast when traveling, so skipped lunches.
Lucy provided an amazing amount of information ranging from history to current day observations. She also provided a welcome insight into life in China which we would not have gotten elsewhere.
Day two was a trip to the Great Wall and the Summer Palace. Again, a great experience. Lucy picked the best location for us. The day was cool to cold depending on your norms, but sunny and the cable car ride excellent. We picked up a hand painted crystal globe in the village, for a unique souvenir.
Travel was via a very nice VW Passat. Water was provided and travel was very comfortable.
Highly recommended.
The last two pictures are the crowd on the wall during Chinese New Year Festival and the crowd at the Forbidden City during the same week.
First picture is the Great Wall a week later during our visit. #2 inside an observation tower. #3 finishing up individualizing our crystal sphere. #4 at the Summer Palace.

We were blessed to have an early morning visit to the Great Wall and to have an excellent tour guide with us.

Coco met us on time in our hotel lobby. This tour was a fantastic way to see the Forbidden City, Tian an Men Square and of course the Great Wall. We didn't have to worry about navigating the traffic on our own or public transportation. Coco speaks very good English and the lunches were included with the tour each day which made it easy. When we were finished with an attraction, Coco made sure the driver was right there to pick us up. She accommodated our questions and requests. And she helped us set up a driver from the hotel to the airport. Coco is a fantastic guide, highly recommend her!

We had such a great time in Beijing. According to my 10 year old son, it’s all because we had the best tour guide ever! Coco took care of everything for us from what to eat to showing us the sights and even helping with departing in the airport! If you are lucky enough to get Coco for your tour guide you are in great hands. We can’t thank her enough for helping to make our trip so special!

I don't know, the price will tell you. they adjust the price to the amount of people that are going. WE wear 3 persons We found it to be wonderful, they were really professional and helpful, we had Kelly and she was incredible, Very informative helpful respectful, did a great job about telling us about her country. we can only say wonderful things about her. Hope you enjoy your tour, if you can, ask for her, you won't be sorry.
