weather so cold, beatiful scenaries , great food , awesome activities , mud fun ,,we really enjoyed doing it ,zipline and wild swing

Booked through Viator which I have used many times before with no issues. We were messaged by a representative +254 716 569969 to say to cancel via TripAdvisor and make payment through allevents.com. The reason they said was that they don't receive payment instantly from Viator. On the night before the trip, I contacted them and they said to be ready at 5 am the next morning. We waited an hour and no one arrived. we tried contacting them, but no one picked up. Booked with an alternative tour guide who carried out a superb safari for us. We lost 300 dollars but just to give a warning, do not take any tours with these operators.

Untrusted person. Initially he replied calls but the day of the tour he never appeared . Look for another tour at least with a website.

I booked a tour in Nairobi. Never showed up. Avoid any tour with this “company”. They will reply initial messages but the day of the experience, they will disaapear.

We booked a half day walking tour in Mombasa with Sylgam. Before the tour started, via communication of Trip advisor, I asked Sylgam about the specific location, they sent a link to the google map, it was in front of Naivas supermarket. We were there at 2 PM, No one showed up. My taxi driver called this number. No answer. I sent text message, used WhatsApps to call and sent text, my message indicated that it was read, but still no response. Complained with Trip Advisor. The 1st representative responded to me that the tour operator claimed that "the tour was operated and customers did not show". I sent proof ( my text, my photo in front at the supermarket) to prove Sylgam 's lies. Finally TA had to refund my money. This wasted my valuable vacation and stressed me out

We booked a trip with sylgam and the staff was really responsive,friendly and fun to have around,the way they gave us info on every site we visited made us more curious, we are surely planning another trip with Sylgam,they are the best,kudos Sylgam

The Spa is very nice hot and relaxing for adults and kids. It's good for a day activity and the pools are great for achy muscles and bones and even fun for the very old. However the pool floors are slimy there was no soap in the showers and the showers could do with repairs to fix bare electrical wires and faulty showers. Other amenities are basic and the food is blah!
