Our trip was absolutely a memorable one. Our guide, Anthony, was great, resourceful and knowledgeable about everything in Masaai, Nakuru and Naivasha! We managed to see the big 5 on day 1 of our game drive. The hotels we stayed at were very good especially the Jumbo Mara Safari Lodge. Jemimah at Alpha Dean is very reliable, accommodating and was happy to respond to all our questions from figuring out our itinerary until the end of the trip. Thank you very much!

My family and I had an absolutely fantastic safari tour with Alphadean Tours and Safaris, expertly arranged by our wonderful tour consultant, Jemimah. From the very beginning, Jemimah was incredibly helpful, patiently addressing all our questions about the practical aspects of our upcoming safari. Her support didn't stop there—during our roundtrip, Jemimah was always there for us, promptly resolving any inquiries and happily rearranging our itinerary based on our wishes. We had a bit of a hiccup with our luggage being delayed from the flight, but Jemimah took care of everything. While we were enjoying the stunning wildlife, she ensured our luggage was picked up from the airport and delivered directly to us on the tour. Thanks to Jemimah and Alphadean Tours and Safaris, our safari was smooth, enjoyable, and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

Alfadean provided us safari tours to Masai Mala, Nakuru, Amboseli, and Ol Pejeta. Also, they helped us arrange tours to Tanzania safari. The agent Jemimah was super amazing. She arranged tours quickly and professional. When we had any question about the itinerary, she provided us the fastest response. We had three candidate agencies before, Alphadean provided us the fastest response with reasonable budget price. Their tour guides we traveled with were Lawrence, Anthony and Bonny, they were awesome and all stated that they would give us memorable experiences, and they did! They made their best efforts to let us see as many animals as possible. We even saw lions group hunting in Masai Mala. I have no hesitation to recommend Alphadean to friends and will go with them again if I come back to Kenya again.

The trip for July 2024 was canceled without comment. I have already booked domestic flights and hotels after confirmation... As far as not dealing with customers.

Choose Alphadean!!!! We had the most amazing experience! As we planned the trip, Jemimah did everything in her power to make us feel comfortable, and to personalize our trip to include some extras like visiting the Giraffe Center! When we landed in Kenya, our guide Boniface was waiting for us outside the terminal, and we spent the 7 days with Boniface - and we cried saying goodbye! That man exudes love for his job, and made our trip so special! We chose a budget safari, and stayed at Miti Mingi at Masai Mara- we loved the staff, and made new friends! This camp is the "roughest," because sometimes a lizard will climb through the attached bathroom (has openings) into the bungalow, but as animal lovers we thought it was rad, and you can zip up the sleeping side and nothing made it onto the other side. We really preferred the bungalows over the hotels, because it feels like you're in a local community! Near Amboseli we stayed in the Nyati camp - in the most beautiful safari bungalow you could ever imagine! The staff were awesome, and the food throughout the entire trip was really good! Try a bite of everything! As an ADHD girly, I really appreciated that Boniface gave us some time to walk or hike or explore, or picnic every day so we could stretch and enjoy the sun- it helps break up long safari rides - and Boniface will work around the clock if you are enjoying the adventure! I cannot emphasize how well taken care of we were - Boniface went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, safe, and to show us the world. I cannot wait to go on Safari again someday <3 We love you Kenya and Boniface!!! Things you should bring (we had a single backpack each) - Toilet paper and wet wipes (sometimes rural places run out) - Shampoo/Cond/shower stuff / hand sanitizer - Laundry soap (we hand washed our clothes and left to dry during the day) - A flashlight for night time at camp - Binoculars (we bought on Amazon) - Extra extra extra shillings - there is sooooo many things to buy and try and extra tours you should do! For example, the Back to Africa Island tour was $80 usd in shillings, but SO WORTH IT - Tip money for every camp, and $20usd/day/pp for the main guide if you can afford it (we are students and gave less, but Boniface deserved the most) - Spray your outer layers with Permethrin before you leave - I got one bug bite the entire week! - A Tupperware container! Some mornings, breakfast was early and we would take it to go :) - A long USB phone charging cord for the safari car PS- don't be a d*ck! The only negative experience we had on safari were talking with other travelers in other groups. Pay your park guides, tip the staff, don't be so arrogant!!! Everyone from Kenya was beyond kind, but the Fr*nch..... oy vey lol - BE NICE and be thankful for this experience!!!

Did 10 day Kenya and Tanzania safari. Did it on a budget, had a great expereince, saw everything I wanted to see and then some. Our guides were amazing. Highly recommend.

We actually did the 10 day which included a trip to the Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater. Our guide in Kenya (Anthony) was amazing. Knowledgeable and considerate, he made our adventure the trip of a lifetime. Dallas was our guide in Tanzania and was very professional and fun. Over all the trip was a success and one my family will cherish forever. Highly recommend you book through Alphadean Tours.

It’s an exciting experience for me to have a 6 Days Safari tour in Kenya. Day 1 is 2/3 day to the Masai Mara and will do Safari game drive in the afternoon before the sunset. Day 2 full day see the animals with a noon picnic. Day 3 l do balloon safari and visit the village, the balloon is so cool. It was a dream come true for us to be able to experince the Kenyan hospitality and the amazing landscapes with the animals who seem happy and carefree... You were always very quick to respond to our demands and requests and planned a trip that was very comfortable for us. Bonny our guide for the 8 days of crazy safari was amazing and he was very kind to our family and made sure the girls enjoyed their trip and also made sure that Talha got his picutres...He was such a safe driver. He was also very knowledgable about where and at what time we will be able to see the Big 5. I will always remember how we were lucky to see the Leopard twice and the experince was so amazing that I still get goosebumps thinking about it! We had great communication with Jemimah and enjoyed choosing midrange hotels rather than camping. Unfortunately our guide,Richard, was more interested in his agenda and not the clients. We were rushed through some excursions, yet always had to wait up to 20 minutes for him to chat with his mates. We were not offered the island walk excursion and on day 5 we were not offered the promised game drive, just a bike ride, which was great, then arrived back in Nairobi early afternoon, thus losing a half day safari, not good. Richard knew good places to view the animals and was a safe driver.Jemimah was apologetic and really lovely about the above and several other issues but wasn’t allowed to provide appropriate recompense. We enjoyed the Safari and met other excellent guides, especially Teddy. I would recommend the company if they could ensure a different guide as it is pivotal to the enjoyment of the Safari.

Great experience from the office to the safari with a great team. Jamilah was always available to answer questions even during our safari. Anthony is a great guide, knows everything and everyone, always in a great mood and with a smile. Always helped to accomodate our different needs. Our big five was completed and our safari a real and complete success. We definitely recommend.

We did a 5 day safari in Tanzania: Tarangire Park, Serengeti National Park, Lake Manyara & Ngorongoro Crater and had an amazing experience. The tour was very well organized: Jemimah was extremely responsive, accommodating, patient and helpful throughout the whole booking process - it was excellent, thanks so much for the communication! Alphadean Tours works togehther with the company Seven Wonders in Tanzania: Our driver Omar and our cook John were both extremely kind, accommodating and helpful. The food was always delicious. Omar went above and beyond to make sure we see what we want, we did two of early morning safari drives and had a lot of fantastic safari moments. All in all an experience unforgettable. We can highly recommend Alphadean Tours and the team of our safari!!

Me and my friend really enjoyed our time in Kenya on safari. Our consultant was at all times Jemimah, who went out of her way (even outside of work hours) to make sure we were comfortable on our trip! Cannot recommend this person enough, if you are in doubt on how to handle your Kenya safari! Additionally, she also arranged a one day trip in Nairobi for the sights and a long 5 day trekking tour on Mount Kenya, which all were great in their own right! We also added a Tanzanian safari through Jemimah, but this was a bit more offhand as we used a Tanzanian travel agent through her, I believe our contact was Miss Evelyn. However, it would be harder to recommend this part, not because of Alphadean, but because of the company used down in Tanzania, who unfortunately were not very good. Regardless of the experience in Tanzania mentioned above, we still highly recommend Alphadean to anyone looking for a great budget experience in Kenya. And you can be sure you’re in good hands with Jemimah helping you with your trip!
