It was a trip of a lifetime. We did a customized tour for us - Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater - with a special pick-up at a Kenya-Tanzania border post called Isibania, and drop-off at Kilimanjaro International Airport. The tour package was absolutely perfect for us—it not only met but exceeded all of our expectations. The accommodations were excellent, and the highlight of the trip—the wildlife encounters—was outstanding. We had incredible, up-close views of the Big Five and so much more! His mechanical skills were a lifesaver—one evening, just as we were approaching the camp, the jeep encountered some issues. Everything was well organized from start to finish. Masai Mara was incredible and the driver made sure we saw as many animals as possible. The accommodation was great (Mara Sopa). Communication with Heels and Valise was easy. I traveled with my 70-year old mom and she loved it, though in retrospect the flight might have been a better option for her than the 6-hour drive. Other than that, we had an amazing time! 100% would recommend!

The park is home to a wide variety of animals, including lions, leopards, elephants, giraffes, and zebras. There is also a large population of wildebeest, which migrate through the park each year. The best time to take a safari to Maasai Mara is during the dry season, which runs from June to October. During the dry season, the grass is lower, making it easier to see the animals. If you are looking for an unforgettable experience, I recommend taking a safari to Maasai Mara. It is an experience you will never forget.

I reached out because I was interested in going on a tour in a peaceful place full of nature and that is just what I got! I went to a tea farm in Limuru. I saw waterfalls and hiked. My family and I signed up for the Heels and Valise Tours' one-day trip to Camp Ndunda Falls in Embu County over Easter. We travelled comfortably to the venue and had a fantastic time exploring all the activities under the package from the dancing warm-up to the nature trail and canopy walk, to archery and the mud fun down by the river! We did a 7 days safari trip with our 3 yo child. It was a very exciting experience and we had lots of fun watching the animals and sleeping in the wild. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, schedule is flexible, good hotels and food.
