We recently went on a 10-day couples safari tour to Serengeti National Park with Dallago Tours Kenya Tanzania, and it was a great experience. Our guide Austin was fantastic. He was not only knowledgeable but also had a wealth of knowledge about the local wildlife and environment, which made our entire trip more enjoyable. Serengeti's vast wilderness, unique landscapes, and diversity of wildlife captivated us. We got to see the migration of lions, cheetahs, elephants, zebras, and giant wildebeest up close. Austin always made sure we got the best view and enjoyed every moment. Due to his experience we also got to witness many strange behavior of wild animals.

We recently went on a 7-day family safari to Tanzania with Dallago Tours Kenya Tanzania, and it was a wonderful experience. Our guide Leo was very knowledgeable and friendly. His deep knowledge and expertise made our entire tour memorable. Tarangire National Park was the main attraction of this trip. We had the opportunity to see huge herds of elephants, giraffes, and other wildlife up close. Leo took us to the best view points and made sure to enjoy everything safely. All the arrangements for the tour were very well organized—from the comfortable accommodation to the beautifully planned days. Family needs were taken care of, which made our trip easier.

In the first step, Dallago was very efficient and good at organising the tour according to our wishes and locations. We were happy with the lodges they offered us. After we had made the first 30% payment for the safari, they came to the conclusion that two of the proposed lodges were fully booked. Dallago asked us to agree to change our booking to alternative lodges. We questioned the lodges as they were in different locations, but they assured us of the same conditions and we trusted them. However, one of the changes from Mara Serena Lodge to Mara Elatia Lodge was really not good because Mara Serena Lodge is inside the park and we could have started the game drive from the lodge, whereas Mara Elatia Lodge was very far from the park. So we had to drive 2 hours on a very bumpy and bad road to get there. We felt a bit betrayed. Some of the times given on our invoice also did not reflect reality, like one of our internal flights where the estimated time for the shuttle to the airstrip was very underestimated and we hardly had time for breakfast. We also had a bit stress with the payment of the remaining 70 % of the bill, because this bill only arrived to us after we requested it three weeks before our holydays started. Despite all these problems, with a good and experienced guide (David) we had a good safari and managed to see a lot of animals (the big five and all the big cats).

I have never felt as excited as I did during our safari in Uganda. From the moment we arrived at the airport, we were warmly welcomed. Our stay at a 5-star hotel was delightful, with excellent rooms and delicious food, perfect for our family of five. The next day, our driver arrived promptly, provided us with detailed itineraries, and drove us to the airstrip. During our 5-day stay, we had countless unforgettable experiences, and our driver was always there to assist us. The highlight of our trip was the Gorilla trekking – an absolutely breathtaking experience. Bwindi Impenetrable Forest is truly magical. I had the amazing privilege of touring Mount Kenya with a tour guide who has an astonishing thirty years of experience. The amount of knowledge and enthusiasm this guide gave to the trip is beyond words. It was clear that we were in the capable hands of an experienced individual as soon as we stepped foot on the mountain. It was astonishing how much knowledge they had about the region, its history, and its varied flora and animals. At every turn, our guide delighted us with interesting stories and insights that enhanced our trip and increased our respect for Mount Kenya.

Fantastic encounter! We went on safari in Amboseli and Tsavo West. Our driver was very knowledgeable and worked hard to make sure we had chances to see the park's animals. He looked after us and was always on time.
