When I first planned the safari trip and requested quotes from several safari tour operators, Denis of Bushtop provided the most reasonable quote while fully reflecting my needs. As my travel schedule, transportation, and accommodation requirements changed, he perfectly adjusted the safari tour itinerary to meet my needs When I contracted with Bushtop, the accommodations I wanted were already fully booked, so I had to be on a waiting list. However, Denis skillfully and persistently worked until the end to ensure that I could stay at my desired accommodations in Amboseli(Serena), Masai Mara(Serena), and Nakuru(The Cliff). All three accommodations were satisfactory in every aspect. What made my trip most special were the passionate, cheerful, and professional guides from Bushtop. I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to Jesse (in Amboseli) and James (in Masai Mara). They ensured that we could fully enjoy the safari tour throughout the trip, doing their utmost to help us see more animals, have more experiences, enjoy more, and feel more. We were especially touched by their care and dedication in using the simplest words, speaking slowly, and repeating explanations several times for us, who are not proficient in English. When parting with them, I felt the sadness of saying goodbye to old friends, and if I ever return to Kenya, I will definitely meet them again The most challenging part of planning a safari trip to Kenya is having to contact local tour operators only online, make a contract, and pay a substantial deposit in advance. I also made a reservation and paid the deposit about eight months in advance, and I was worried whether the tour would proceed as planned without any issues. However, now that the trip is over, I can say with certainty that Bushtop and Dennis are truly reliable, and you will never regret entrusting them with your plans. Every detail was perfectly prepared throughout the trip, and everything proceeded without any problems. If I go to Kenya again, I will definitely choose Bushtop again, and I can confidently recommend them to people around me.

It was a great experience dealing with Bushtop Kenya Safaris. From the booking stage when tour manager Denis came up with a well-planned programme meeting all my requests and facilitated at each stage; to the game rides themselves where James (the driver) managed to get me into the elephant orphanage and to find all the animals I wanted to see: I saw 5 lions on 1 day, which is very rare. James was also helpful at all stages and it was pleasure talking with him as he told many interesting facts about the animals and Kenya. Definitely recommend this tour provider!

The trip was amazing, and our guides Shem and Joe were very knowledgable and made sure we had a fantastic safari. We did a 6-day safari, starting in Amboseli, then Naivasha (boat trip and Crescent Island walk), Nakuru and finally 2 days in the Masai Mara. Bushtop were amazing from start to finish - booking was very smooth, and Denis was very helpful adapting the trip to our wishes. James, our guide, was amazing - very knowledgeable and informative about the animals, with a great instinct for tracking them down as well as some exceptional moments with them (lions hunting twice, for example, plus 2 leopards, which is unusual). He’s very professional, always made us feel safe and at ease. This is my fourth safari (including a few months working in a camp in SA) and I was blown away.

Communication with Bushtop Safaris went very well. Once we arrived in Nairobi, our guide Henry was waiting for us on time. The days at Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara were very eventful. Henry is a very good driver, knows a lot about the animals and landscapes and was always in a good mood. The pick-up in the morning went very smoothly. We would book with Bushtop again on our next trip.

The organisation of the trip was seamless from money transfer to accommodation arrangement. The safari took place in mid October. We were very pleased with our Driver Peter, a very experienced guide and a safe driver.  We saw all 'Big 5' and more, during the trip. After that, Denis finally received the payment transferred from my bank then immediately went to the bank to ask for the refunding in the same day. Although something inconvenienced caused, but I highly appreciate and respect the integrity of Denis! 3) Flexible and experienced driver: Bushtop hires their own drivers in each destination, so you can expect consistently and high-standard experience with their drivers. All the drivers I met are very experienced, easy-going and could response to your flexible needs. Just feel free to discuss with them about your needs and expectation. 4) Reasonable price: If you compare the quotation Denis offered with other travel Safari agencies, you will know what I mean.

5 day Ol Pejeta/Nakuru/Mara safari booked off safaribookings.com. Clean, comfortable accommodation. Saw all bar one of the big 5 but game sometimes in the distance due to the vastness of the Mara plains. Friendly, competent driver who aimed to find animals we wanted to see. Toilet stops scheduled at curio shops where you were hassled to buy which wasn't so enjoyable. Good, clear communication with the owner both prior to booking and once the booking was confirmed. Other than that an enjoyable safari in a comfortable vehicle and at a reasonable price.

We started planning our Kenya Safari trip few months back and we came across Bush Top Safaris through the Internet,I got in touch with Dennis and he was great! I got a Prompt & Timely Response from him every time.He was of great help throughout the planning of the trip. We were 3 families,a group 11 including kids. We stayed at Amboseli & Tsavo The stay and food at Amboseli Serena Safari Lodge was very good. Ashnil Aruba Lodge in Tsavo was also good,but the food could have been a little better The highlight of the whole trip was of course all the wildlife we spotted,it was so exciting for us to see all those animals,in such big numbers in their natural habitat. James and Frank went the extra mile to spot the animals. We spotted alot more than we had expected. To see the Pride of Lions at such close proximity. Herds of Elephants, Giraffe,Zebra,Impala,Gazelle, Flamingos,Hyena etc etc etc and the Biggest highlight was to spot the Leopard with a cub. On the whole we had a wonderful experience with Bush Top Safaris. We will surely recommend them to Everyone who plan to visit Kenya. Thankyou again

Dennis is amazing!! He is always available to answer all questions even with time differences. As a solo traveler i definitely need to feel confident and safe prior the booking. Bushtop definitely delivered more than I expected. My driver ‘Wilson’ he is also amazing! His eyes are sharp like an eagle..
