Visited Kenya for the first time with 2 friends. It was our first time, and Simba was very flexible and understanding as there were last minute changes to our group size

During the safari, Simba was very knowledgeable about the animals. For the other activities simba ensured he told us the story behind the centres and what to expect

This tour package is a good one cause after getting to observe some animals from far in the safari you get to interact with them at the giraffe centre and the elephant orphanage

This tour ended with us being dropped for lunch at a local Kenyan restaurant which was nice as we got the chance to try Choma and chapati

“Black Santa”, as the driver/tour guide called himself (his real name is “Santa”) picked us up from our accommodation timely and with good humor from start till being returned. He was very knowledgeable of all the animals in the national park (and the other stops), sharing historical facts and anecdotes all along the way. He took us to a few gift shops, which we didn’t mind. You can say “no” also. One was a bead making shop that empowers, supports and employs women who are single parents and such— 95% of the employees are the women, which we can see transform mud into beautifully shaped and painted ceramic beads, cured in an oven.

The vehicle itself looked a bit beat up inside (which stood out among several of the newer and fancier safari vehicles at the park), including some rattling noises at the back of the vehicle (affected by the potholes and uneven streets, but making it challenging for those at the very rear to him him). However and nonetheless, Santa and the experiences more than made up for that. It was a truly wonderful day. We thought the tour would end near 1pm, but we actually returned at 3pm. Santa is very flexible and seeks to please.

The giraffe center and the elephant orphanage allowed us to be closer in touch with these two animals and even touch them (both) and feed them (the giraffes). It was very special. We did not stay too long at these two last locations, but it felt just right (we were anyway already tired from waking up early for the 6am start).

This tour is highly recommended. I will surely go on it again when I return.

Above and beyond

Sammy was our tour guide and did an absolutely phenomenal job. We were picked up early at the place we were staying in Nairobi and went to Nairobi National Park for an early morning game drive. It was spectacular. We were lucky enough to see rhinos and lions very very close. After the safari tour, we went to the elephant orphanage, where we witnessed the feeding of baby elephant orphans being rehabilitated to eventually be released back into the wild. That was one of the highlights of our trip. After that, we went to feed the giraffes before lunch, which was the perfect way to end the tour. Sammy went above and beyond in his service as a tour guide, and we would highly recommend this tour.

Game drive good, otherwise meh

The game drive was awesome, with a knowledge guide. We did not see lions though, which is a pity, but it happens.
The elephant orphanage and the giraffe sanctuary did not impress us at all.
They wanted to charge us 30 usd extra for coming 10 min outside of the city, so we had to take a cab to the nearest pickup point, which wasn't nice.

We are sorry you did not enjoy the elephant and giraffe center, since they are not of your preference. We pick up and drop in hotels/residence/apartments in Nairobi at no extra charge, unfortunately your hotel(Pride inn Signature mall) is 23 kilometers out of the city, 10 mins further from the airport and in another State/County called Machakos. Your pick up location was far away from the pick up radius that's why we added the extra 30 USD total for pickup and drop off and explained to you prior to the tour. I do hope we will have the opportunity to support other tours of your interest. We are happy to turn moments into memories. Best regards General manager Kipawa

Brilliant trip - definitely book!

My partner and I had a fantastic day out with John, our very knowledgable guide. At the park, we got to see plenty of lion, buffalo, zebra, giraffe, ostrich, hyena and rhino just to name a few, and took some fantastic photos. The elephant sanctuary and giraffe park were good also, worth doing. After this, John showed us a great place for lunch. We were attracted by the ‘all inclusive’ element of this trip, and it was definitely worth it as there is no hassle trying to buy tickets at the gates etc (makes entering the parks much quicker), as it is all sorted out beforehand.

I would recommend booking on a weekday if possible as it can get quite crowded on the weekends, we did the trip on a Monday and the park was quite empty which was great.

Wonderful time in Nairobi

George was fantastic! We had a morning drive in Nairobi National Park, then a visit to the elephant orphanage and ended the day at the Giraffe Centre. George new where to go to find the animals on the game drive and new how to jockey his way to the front of the vehicles to get the best views. We were brought to the front of the line for the elephant orphanage and he took us to the best spot to watch the baby elephants be fed bottles. Highly recommend the visit there. We are planning a return trip so we can go to the Masai Mara and will be contacting George for this!

Ideal to see a lot in a short time

My partner and I have booked the full day safari tour of the national park, Visit of elephant orphage and center of giraffe.
We booked at the last minute as we were short on time and not had lots of days to spend in nairobi and what an experience!

It's really worth it! Simba is a very multi tache guide! He is very friendly, engaging, very passionate and knowledgeable. He provides a lot of extra infos about animals which is highly appreciated. He also drives safely and we were really lucky to have him.
Early in the morning the driver coms to pick you at your place, and we directly go to the park. The advantage in the morning is that you get to see animals as they are more active early and we could see girafes under the sunrise, zebras, several differente species of antilopes, buffalo, crocodile, hypopo, birds, wild beasts, impala, rhinos, ostrich and so on. In the afternoon you get the chance to approach babies elephant with explanations about them (age, name, where they were born,...) and then to feed very social and friendly giraffes in the center.

The website is very secure for the payment, you receive the receipt immediately on your email address (i have a french credit card visa).

If you want a secure tour and a guide who gives you extra infos you should definitely book for this tour.

Fantastic private Nairobi Safari with wildlife guide George

13 October 2022, I took a private daylong safari tour with George Siwo as driver and wildlife guide. It was a fantastic day. I was picked up from the hotel at 6am sharp and we spent most of the morning in the Nairobi National park, finding all animals i hoped to see and more, and getting up close for a good look. We also visited the Elephant Orphanage show where George got me first in line for the best view, women bead makers and the Giraffe Centre. I was dropped off nine hours later, tired but happy with wonderful safari memories and great photos.
George is a good companion: an experienced and knowledgeable guide, a safe driver and a very pleasant personality, who never tired of my questions and held up a good conversation. Highly recommend this private tour, tailor-made to my wishes!

Perfect animal viewing experience for anyone who doesn't have time to do a full safari

Amazing! Truly magical seeing the little elephants ambling over to get their milk, eat some hay, roll in the mud, and get some pats. We were covered in specks of mud and dust at the end but the experience was more than worth it. A must do activity if you love animals or just want to see some animals due to lack of time to do a proper safari

He made sure we were on time and positioned well at the elephant orphanage to be able to touch the elephants.
