Joshua is incredibly nice and responsive, and communication with her was excellent. I spent ten days in Kenya with my parents, sister, husband, and three kids—ages two, four, and six. The hot air balloon flight was our favourite excursion, although we loved all of them. To ensure we had a good time on our journey, the drivers were informed and flexible.
