Amazing private safari tour experience with our guide, Obed. We felt like touring around with a knowledgeable friend, who wants to make sure you see all animals at Nairobi National Park! We got picked up from our hotel in town on time. Once we got to the main gate, we jumped over to a nice green open safari landrover vehicle. The safari tour begins from here.
My husband and I had never seen wildlife before, but Obed seemed almost as excited as us! Since this is completely private, both Obed and the driver were patient, they gave us time to take pictures, and we got some great animal photography!
We felt safe and in good hands, so we combined our National Park Half-day tour with a visit to the Giraffe Centre (Nairobi) for an additional fee. We wanted to add David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage as well, but it was already fully booked during high season.
They are pretty flexible, you can always ask them to combine more tours. They will give you a price, and let you compare with prices online. Overall, the prices are reasonable, considering it's all private, exclusive, and professional. We booked multiple tours through Obed and Moses. After booking, you will get their Whatsapp number. Just message them, and they have all kinds of tours. We highly recommend Safari Port.

Had a fantastic experience! I’m a solo traveler, it’s great that Obed & team could accommodate me at a reasonable price. The safari was early, around 7am, hence I was able to be a plethora of wildlife as for many of them that is feeding time. The team knew exactly where to drive for the best views— we say lions, antelopes, wildebeest, ostriches, rhinos, impalas, giraffes and more. My favorite part of the experience was seeing the lions closely, and so many giraffes! It is memorable! Definitely worth it! Take lots of photos & videos, the team slows down and park at times for photos to be taken within the vehicle. After the Safari I visited the Giraffe Center—A MUST DO! Where else in the world do you get to feed and touch giraffes, as well as learn about their native history? Exactly. It’s the same giraffes from the manor, and so if you wanted to feed giraffes cost effectively, this is the way to go! I had a PHENOMENAL time! And did not once feel alone. Thanks Obed & team! ✨

This safari was AMAZING!!! Omg!!! We got great footage, up close and personal. We were able to witness a lion prey on an impala and a pride of lions join in on the feast. Obed (tour guide) is a walking encyclopedia and has a wealth of knowledge. He has a unique ability to captivate his audience.

Had a great early morning safari with Obed and Moses, we saw everything we hoped to see and enjoyed a great conversation with both guides about everything from wildlife in the park to some Kenyan history and knowledge about Nairobi. We haven't had a chance yet, but Obed does city/culture tours as well, and I think it would make a great addition if you have more time. Asante Sana guys, see you next time!

I had a great day on safari at the National Park. We were able to spot Lions, rhinos, hippos, zebra and giraffes, amongst others. Obed was a great tour guide and for this reason I booked multiple tours through him. He was very knowledgeable and super punctual. I felt safe at all times as a solo traveller. Highly recommend!

Our tour guide was very patient (we were hours late). He was professional and friendly. The safari was a cool experience. The safari tour guide made sure we saw a lion. It was times perfectly. I was tired from jet lag , so the tour was finishing up around the time that I started to get a little bored.
