Enjoy spectacular Amboseli National Park. Romantically situated in the foothills of Mount Kilimanjaro, Amboseli is famous for its tremendous variety of big game. Enjoy the sights and sounds of big game country on an afternoon game-drive and if we’re lucky we shall get a view of Mount Kilimanjaro often unclouded in the early morning sky.
Awaiting us at our next stop is a sheltered oasis Tsavo National Park, with special attractions including Mzima Springs & underwater hippo watching, Ngulia Rhino Sanctuary among others. Tsavo National Park is unique and its habitat include open plains alternating with Savannah bush and semi desert scrub, acacia woodlands; rocky ridges and outcrops and more extensive ranges and isolated hills; belts of riverine vegetation; palm thickets and mountain forest. If you have a day in Nairobi and want to experience a mix of wildlife and culture, book now! Stephen our guide was absolutely brilliant. There were just 4 people in our group. He made sure we were the first to the Giraffes to feed them before the crowds, he ensured we had the best spot to view and photograph the elephants at the orphanage. During these visits he took great photographs to ensure our day was captured on film. It was my husband’s birthday and Stephen secretly arranged a cake for him.. The ladies at the Kobe bead factory ensured that the celebration for my husband’s birthday was done in true Kenyan style. Dancing and singing “Happy Birthday”. The dancers at the Bomas of Kenya were great too.. A full day of animals, culture and fun.. Made possible by our wonderful driver and guide!Written January 16, 2025

Besides going to both sanctuaries (my husband liked the elephant one the most; I liked the giraffe one the most), he helped us with finding a bank, taking us to a souvenir place and taking us to Carnivore, the restaurant. Stephen was kind, knowledgeable, helpful, fun and took the best pictures of me while at the Giraffe Center. He also took us on a lunch stop at Utamaduni which was delicious. I really enjoyed this trip and can’t thank Stephen enough. All of the tours were very informative and I left feeling more aware and appreciative of all of the hard work in conservation efforts taking place in Kenya. The elephant orphanage and Girafe center were both educational and exciting. Our driver guide Titus made the 4-day journey enjoyable. Titus is an intelligent and helpful safari guide. He planned the daily itinerary from the guests' perspective and had extensive safari experience. He was very dedicated, working tirelessly each day. Titus drove safely and skillfully throughout the trip, never reckless or impulsive. During the safaris, he demonstrated skill, experience, and professionalism. Lastly, Titus showed kindness and compassion toward people with disabilities, which deeply touched us.
