          Amazing experience ;)
This trip we had in sept 2024 with our driver MARTIN was simply amazing. We had a wonderful time. For one week we managed to see Masai mara, Amboseli and Nairobi. Evethough he was driving a lot every day, it was fully safe and perfect timing. Perfect communication and if we had some questions or requirements he helped us. Fully recommended ;)

          The best time in Kenya
The trip was amazing! Safari guide Joe was very friendly, he had a big knowledge about the animals and their habits- his stories were very interesting. Joe stopped anytime I wanted to take a pic which was really nice :) I highly recommend this guide. Also a boat ride was full of details about the birds living around plus hippos ❤️

Dinner and a show Nairobi style
Great intro to Kenya - experience eating exotic meat and watching great performance. Grear food options and a live band as well.

          Walking tour never boring
Very well balanced tour. Even my brother loving nature and disliking history enjoyed the tour, My compliments for Dennis he set up this tour. And do not forget to book his authentic Massaai village tour.

          Going wild in Nairobi
Stephen was my tour guide on this fantastic excursion visiting the Giraffe Centre and Baby Elephant & Rhino Orphange. His knowledge and humour is great, as was his ability to administer an 'African Massage' as he drove (don't be too concerned, it's by no means a hands-on experience). Highly recommend this tour.

          A transportation logistical nightmare
A transportation logistical nightmare! We opted to fly between camps in the Masai mara and Serengeti and back to Nairobi to save time in transport and spend more time on safari. That definitely was not the case. Each time we were to fly, our driver picked us up early in the morning and dropped us off HOURS before our flight was scheduled to leave. We waited 3-4 hours at each airport or airstrip before our flight. When we flew back to Nairobi, we had to leave camp at 6:30 am, drive 4 hours to Kilimanjaro Airport, and wait over 4 hours for our flight. It seems Gracepatt is more concerned about their schedule and their driver's schedule, than they care about the clients' time and convenience.

          A must see!!
We had the pleasure of spending the day with Joe. An absolute star, he made an amazing day extra special. I hope our paths will cross again some day!! This tour is amazing, to be able to get so up and close with these beautiful animals was brilliant. The bead centre was also amazing, so many lovely ladies working there. It was great to see how they make their wares and they even gave us a lovely song and dance at the end. A great day out!!

          Perfect moment ever!
We had Albert as a driver and he is the best driver. He gave us clear explanation of all the animals. What’s more, he tried to show us as much animals as possible even though it’s very tight schedule (3 nights 4 days). Clearly it’s a long drive but with a smart driver, you’ll have no regrets after all.

Bucket List Must with local hero John!!!
Incredible experience with the wonderful John as our guide and local safari hero. We Saw so much wildlife, Lions, Rhinos, Hippos, Giraffes, zebras. We headed to Sheldrick which was just incredible as the work they are doing is exceptional. The elephants are something else.

Elephants Great/Tour Company Not So Much
The David Sheldrick Elephant Orphanage is an amazing place and we very much enjoyed our visit there. However, I wouldn’t give high marks to the tour company. The $75 fee does not include the $45 park entry fee. This is noted in the small print, but not clearly stated. Our driver picked us up at our hotel, but then scrambled to hand us off to another driver. We didn’t know that we needed the park entry so spent a lot of time trying to purchase tickets by phone at a wayside stop. Ended up having to pay cash in USD and office staff purchased tickets. The handoff to the other driver was chaotic and slow, and we ended up getting to the viewing area late enough that we weren’t able to see very well. In the future, I think we would purchase tickets online from KWS and hire a driver to take us.

DO NOT PREPAY OR BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!
Was flying in from Brussels to Nairobi when our flight got cancelled due to a strike at the Nairobi airport. Upon our notification of the cancellation we immediately contacted the tour operator notifying them that we could not make the tour which was the following morning because Brussels Airline felt it was a safety concern flying into a volatile situation in Nairobi and the situation was out of control. We were told our $263 payment was non refundable but to book when we got a flight to Nairobi. When we finally made it to Nairobi and reached out asking to reschedule the tour they said we would have to pay ANOTHER $263 to reserve a spot. Terrible customer service, DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

Excellent services at Salt lick Safari
I had excellent experience at Salt lick. Good food ,clean rooms and ambience, The game drove with Philemon was to notch. He guided us well on where to find animals eg lion, elephants etc . He's quite knowledgeable about animals. The catering department Anish and Nicholas made sure we enjoyed our meals.

          Great adventure to Amboseli
We took a day tour from Nairobi to Amboseli national park, it was a really great experience, specifically thanks to our amazing tour guide Joe, who went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience overall. We managed to see a lot of different animals and it was an incredible experience!

I had a really great time at Maasai Mara with a really nice small group (4 persons in total). Our driver Alex was amazing! Very patient and helpful at any time. He had great knowledge on the wildlife, provided us with a lot further information and was able to answer all our questions. We got to see four of the big 5: lions, elephants, buffalos and a leopard. Besides we got to meet several kind of antelopes, one cheetah, hippos, giraffes, zebras, monkeys and others.

I would highly recommend this trip. I booked it quiet short notice but still everything went smoothly from pick-up from til drop-off at my accommodation. Thanks a lot for this amazing experience!

My wife and I were very intent on finding two things for our safari: An eco friendly company, and one that wouldn't hand us off to contractors that were not their employees. In finding Gracepatt, an eco friendly company (it's in the name) and excellent reviews, I thought we had found both. We found the price for the 3 Day Masai Mara tour to be considerably higher than other operators offering the same, but given that we thought it met our checklists, we were fine with this.

Unfortunately, it turned out neither of these things were accurate. We were picked up at our hotel by a gentleman who drove us to a large group of vans and dropped us with another gentleman. From there, it took an entire hour to gather the other 3 couples that would cram into this van before we could leave Nairobi. We had been handed off to a contractor and mixed with other couples who had similar expectations to our own, who were also incredibly disappointed.

We found lunch on the way to Masai Mara and back to Nairobi to be very poor. The Lechada Campground was basic with incredibly friendly staff, but quite awful food. We had spaghetti with hard boiled eggs one night. Yikes. Unfortunately, our driver opted to take us on an 11 hour game drive our second day in order to bypass a 2 hour game drive on the last day. 11 hours in a van is WAY too long, and all of us were quite bored and anxious by the end of it.

We found nothing about this trip to be eco friendly, and honestly, i'm not even sure why Gracepatt would offer this tour. The van itself was a gross polluter, pouring out black smoke constantly. All water was taken from small water bottles, which is terrible for the environment. In addition, water was supposed to be included for the whole trip, however, the driver only brought one case. 24 water bottles for 9 people over 3 days is not sufficient, and we were completely out by the end of the second day.

I don't think much of this tour is in the control of Gracepatt, so I can't blame them for a lot of the poor food, the uncomfortable van, or the impromptu changes in schedules. My biggest issue is that we paid a premium price expecting a better product, and received the same product that every other vendor is offering for a much lower price. Gracepatt seems like a company that offers better than this and has higher expectations for itself, so I hope it can address and change this offering because I think it is beneath what they appear to stand for.

If you're on a budget, just go with one of the cheaper operators. Otherwise, spend a little bit more money and buy yourself some comfort.

Picked up from the hotel by a driver (Francis) organised by the tour operator. We set out for the Masai Mara with our tour guide Stanley throughout he was engaging, knowledgeable and an excellent driver. We manage to see an abundance of wild life that we will remember for the rest of our lives. Stanley ensured that we managed to see as much as possible in this two day visit including a visit to. Masai village. On return our driver picked us up and took us to our next hotel via the train station to pick up our tickets. The two days in a tent were great, we slept well with each tent having a comfortable bed and en suite with hot water for a shower. If you are thinking about it just do it an experience you will never forget
