Raphael was extremely accommodating in booking everything I wanted and providing all required transportation! It made planning my honeymoon a breeze. Even after the safari when my wife and I stayed a night in Nairobi, Raphael coordinated a driver to take us to our hotel and pick us up to take us to the airport the following day. Truly above and beyond and everything went off without a hitch. Highly recommend!

An incredible honeymoon from England that we will never forget! It couldn't have happened without Raphael. We hit a couple of obstacles with our personal planning (nothing to do with East African Exotic Safaris), and he resolved them extremely quickly and kept us updated- we owe him so much. We were treated to a luxurious stay at Leopard Hill with delicious food, friendly atmosphere and a beautiful room with plenty of animals to watch from the veranda. Eagle view was just as special with the best view we have ever enjoyed from a hotel. Overlooking the surrounding savannah and watering hole we could see a pride of lions, elephants, wilderbeest, numerous types of antelope, baboons, zebra, giraffe, buffalo etc. Travel to and from the masai (from Nairobi) was quick and easy - we were even put on an earlier outbound flight as we arrived slightly early and there was space. We would highly recommed East African Exotic Safaris to anyone and we will definitely be using them when we visit in the future! Again, thank you Raphael, we will never forget.

EA Exotic Safaris was ideal for organising our 7-day safari in Kenya. Raphael was responsive and helpful, we were able to modify the programme to suit us. Our guide, Gerald, was extremely knowledge, friendly and really made the safari for us! We would definitely use EA Exotic Safari again.

Great Raphael. Thanks to him we had a wonderful safari trip between Kenya and Tanzania. I visited 4 parks : masai mara , serengeti , ngorongoro , and amboseli. We stayed 3 days (a few) by the sea at Diani beach. Good and reliable, he found us some wonderful accommodations.its highly trained drivers. He made us fall in love with Africa. We got a great price I RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYBODY.

All I can say is we will be returning with 10 people in the near future. Details from airport pick up, accomodations (excellent choices for each location), spot on National Parks. Thank you Raphael for listening to our desires via email and whatsapp. BUT the best of all was our most safe and informative Driver-Guide Gerald!! English was extremely fluent, flexible and most kind. We now have very warm hearts for Kenya. HIGHLY recommend!!

Raphael organized our Maasai Mara Safari and his help organizing this amazing adventure was fantastic. Our guide James took us around the safari all day every day and he was so lovely and helpful and knew so much information about all the animals we saw and the generally about the land and country. Everything about our getaway was incredible from start to finish. Sanctuary Olonana where we stayed was incredible with exceptional service from all the staff. They catered for my specific vegan diet and the food was lovely.

We had a truly amazing experience with East Africa Exotic Safaris. We organised a 7 night private safari from Nairobi to Maasai Mara to Serengeti to the Ngorongoro Crate and finished in Arusha. Firstly Raphael was very helpful and always available on Whatsapp to answer my many questions. He was able to secure us incredible accommodation and amazing prices. We also had friends join us for the Kenya part of the trip and Raphael organised all the logistical requirements. In Kenya, we had the absolute pleasure of having Daniel as our guide. He had excellent knowledge of the flora, fauna and local Maasai culture. He ensured we saw the big 5 in one safari and also a pride of 10 lions which was incredible. In Tanzania, Donald picked us up at the border and he was an absolute gentlemen. We had a lot of fun with Donald and saw 5 different Leopards (apparently unheard of), including one next to the car. We also saw the big 5 with Donald and many more other amazing animals. We were very sad to leave 'The Don' after our amazing adventure together. Thank you EAES!!!

I planned this trip with Mary and Raphael about 5 months back and thanks to their prompt replies was able to book Sarova lion hill and Mara Engai wilderness lodge. We also did the half day Nairobi trip with them. The only issue we faced was the driver, Michael showed up late on the 1st day of our safari to Lake Nakuru and he had to stop in the city to pick up water bottles. The land cruiser provided was an old one but did its job for the next 3-4 days. Mike suggested to take a detour to Lake Naivasha enroute from Nakuru to Mara and that turned out to be a great suggestion as my kids were thrilled watching hippos and the Eagle swooping up a fish thrown by our boatman. We pretty much saw all the animals except the leopard but felt we were on the road most of the time and with young kids can be a painful journey. Mara Engai was probably the best lodge we had ever stayed in and it has to be experienced. Overall, it was a fairly good trip and the heavy rain on the last day made driving treacherous and my kids were super excited to see the vehicle skidding off the road at times. Mike managed to get us to the airport well in time in spite of the poor roads.

Our driver James made sure that we had one of the best experiences ever in Kenya by taking us on a excellent safari to see the “Big 5” up close. The staff at the camp that we stay were so hospitable to us and made sure our stay was one to remember. He also took us to a nearby Masai Village at not extra cost. It was there we got to see how Maasi people live and even participated in their traditional dance. If you’re looking for a multi day getaway to Masai Mara and you’re on a budget, I highly recommend James because he’ll make your trip a fantastic one.

Raphael and Mary arranged our 7-day safari recently to Maasai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro, and Amboseli plus a day driver in Nairobi. We chose mid-range accommodation for this trip and the lodges were great, except for one and we gave Raphael feedback for all. I think the rates were fair for what we wanted and I received multiple quotes from safari operators. I was nervous about wiring the payments ahead of our arrival but it all worked out. We even met Raphael in Nairobi. We communicated through email and WhatsApp, and we stayed in touch throughout the safari to let Raphael know our location/status. Our three drivers were great and knowledgeable when we asked questions. I told our safari drivers (one on the Kenya side and another in Tanzania) every morning what we wanted to see and we saw all big five! We had a great time!

Six of us booked a 9 day safari put together by Rafael and Co . We spent time in the Masai Mara which included a fabulous balloon ride . The lodge was spectacular and the food was good . All the staff were friendly and helpful . Airplane ride to Tanzania and the Serengeti . Amazing views of the migration . Several days on the Serengeti . Lodge once again fabulous views and faultless . Another drive to Ngorongoro crater, magnificent lodge with breath taking views from the lodge at the rim of the crater . Interesting stop on the way to the crater .Cradle Of Mankind in the Olduvai Gorge. World heritage site ,very educationl and not to be missed .We saw all of the animals we wanted to see many times over , The crater was good because the animals are more cocentrated in one spot. Our last stop was Amboseli National Park . It was a tent lodge with all of the amenities loctated at the base of Kilimanjaro . We had 2 different drivers , Jeff and Santos . Both very knowledgeable and helpful . Took great care of of us .This safari exceeded our expectations on all levels . We spent a lot of time on bumpy roads and in the vehicle . Worth every minuet . If I had it to do over ,would do it exactly this way , Going with East Africa Exotic Safaris . We felt like it was good value for the money spent !!!!

I had an excellent 1 night/2 day stay at Amboseli. The driver was excellent and very well informed, pointing things out on the way to Amboseli (the drive can be a bit long because of the road systems but you see plenty of the Kenyan countryside and small towns which is interesting in itself) and of course in the park itself. The lodge was very nice and quiet (food could have been better) with lovely staff. The park itself it exceptional with a picturesque backdrop, loads of different game and birds to see. Guaranteed elephants up close and afar. Would’ve been nice to spend longer in the park but perhaps that’s due to permit issues. Great experience overall!

I spent four awesome days on the Masai Mara thanks to the assistance of Raphael at East Africa Exotic tours. The trip was well arranged and coordinated from the time we were collected for the trip to the return to Nairobi. The partners that EAET worked with are well recommended and professional. The camp was very much a Masai experience with friendly staff and great food. The personal attention from the game drives and knowledge of the animals was what made the trip enjoyable and a learning experience. The best decision was to fly from Nairobi to save time and avoid a long journey. The service from Raphael is professional, honest and economical. Had I booked this trip on my own I would have spent unnecessary money and time. I would recommend Raphael's service as his travel company grows.

Pre-vacation communication with Raphael & Mary was smooth and prompt. Our guide, Joseph Thuo is very experienced and professional with vast knowledge of the wildlife, birds and their habitats. During our game drives, we were able to see lots of animals, some with their young and many within close distance. The most memorable being that we saw a leopard within a metre from our safari vehicle. Joseph also brought us to track the big cats - lions, leopards and cheetahs. Based on the animal footprints, weather condition and his knowledge on their habitat, characteristics, behaviour and past hideouts, we were able to be in an advantageous position over others when viewing these cats. I was volunteering in Nanyuki and only had the weekend off. We booked a safari for 2 days to Samburu quite last minute. Raphael was very flexible in choosing a location and price for 2 people on such short notice. Our trip was planned out nicely, driver was on time and professional. We did 2 game drives and saw everything we wanted to see. Definitely an organisation I would recommend, very trustworthy.
