This was a slightly disappointing experience. I appreciated the clear communications via WhatsApp. We spent 45 minutes at the park gate attempting to get tickets via ecitizen. I realize this was not the company's fault, and our driver was as helpful as possible with a VERY complicated and unintuitive process. Perhaps participants could be informed ahead that they need this? I felt especially bad for a fellow passenger who didn't have working cell service. The sound system on the vehicle was broken, so sitting in the back, it was very difficult to hear the driver. We did see some animals - lots of rhinos, ostrich, a lion, buffalo, baboons, monkeys, various gazelles, a giraffe, some hippos in the water. This was my first trip to the National Park in many years and I came away a bit disappointed.

Excellent Kenya Bush tour with Tony Cruize. We saw everything ...lions, cheetahs, zebras, giraffes, buffalo, crocodile, rhino, warthogs, hyenas. Amazing. Tony was an excellent, personable guide. Highly recommend.

I had the pleasure of going on an amazing tour to Amposeli which actually was a 2 day trip with our tour guide Julius. Julius made it special. His vast knowledge of the park made everything memorable and a trip I would highly recommend to others. Julius went out of his way to find animals to see and scenery that made every picture a work of art. I appreciate when someone cares for customers like Julius to make our experience one we will always cherish.

We had an amazing time regardless little rain. We have seen basically all we hoped for and our guide Tony Cruize was just awesome.

This excursion is a great entry into a safari experience. We received a communication the night before with details for the pickup and our driver arrived right on time. The vehicle was clean and well maintained. After picking up other guests - 7 total - we ventured out to the National Park. NOTE: You need to buy a ticket the National Park via e-citizen before you are allowed entry into the park. For our excursion, this fee was NOT included. Our guide helped us navigate this process after he picked us up, but it would have made things a whole lot easier if we had done it the night before. It's a bit tricky to figure it all out because they ask you about the vehicle VIN, type and model. Just type NA. If it is confusing, your guide will help you. Just be sure you have an e-citizen account and are able to log into it via phone without wifi. Or do it at your hotel as soon as he picks you up while you can still access wifi. Now, on to the safari. Be aware, it's a bouncy ride all over the National Park. We saw rhinos, hippos, buffalos, giraffes, ostriches, zebras, and one injured lioness. Our guide relied on reports from other guides as to where they animals were located. I felt like we missed a few things by doing it that way. For a first time "safari" - we were able to see a few animals, take some great pictures, and overall it was a good day.

Julius my guide, fun, attentive and very knowledgeable about the place and the animals, we were able to see elephants, hippos, hyenas, zebras, giraffes, among many other incredible animals while he explained to me! An unforgettable experience highly recommended and if it is with Julius then even better! Don't miss this adventure and the possibility of visiting the Maasai Mara community!

Punctual pickup from hotel; easy communication beforehand. We saw many animals, our driver Tony was super friendly and knowledgable. He went the extra mile to show us many animals. We were lucky and saw a lot: Lions, a leopard in a distant tree, giraffes, zebras, rhinos and many more. I booked the afternoon trip. A great experience, strongly recommended.
