We booked the classic Kenya safari through Trailfinders in the UK that was delivered by Polman’s Tours. We were a family group with 2 adult ‘children’. From start to finish the experience was outstanding and far exceeded our expectations. Our guide was Amos, and we were very lucky to have him as our guide. He is such a nice guy, incredibly knowledgeable and very professional. Despite not having a radio fitted in our vehicle because it was brand new Amos still managed to obtain all of the intelligence on animal locations. We managed to see four of the Big 5 within a couple of hours of our first game drive and a couple of days later spotted rhinos to complete the set. It’s worth adding on the nature walk at Lake Navaisha because you get so close to the animals. If we return to Kenya for another safari we will definitely try ask for Amos again.

We had an amazing 4day safari from Southern palm with Pollman tours. Our drive Moshi Khan was the best driver/tour guide and this experience was out of this world we was so close to the animals in there nature habitat The food and accommodation was lovely and all the people was so helpful and friendly. If you are going to Kenya go on the tours with with company and ask for Moshi Khan to be ur driver.

Absolutely Fantastic. Just got home after our Kenyan Classic Safari and I cannot recommend them high enough. They met us on arrival at Nairobi airport, took us to our hotel then collected us the following day to start our safari. Both my wife and I were apprehensive about the journey via road but they took regular toilet stops and every place we stopped at was just as good or better than facilities in the UK. Our driver Kenyatta Jackson was fantastic and told us all about the country animals and people. The roads in Kenya are not the best but Jackson took it steady and got us from A to B safely. At the end of our Safari we were dropped of back at the hotel for the night then picked up early the next morning and transferred to the airport where our driver momently disappeared only to come back with a luggage trolley which then he escorted us inside the terminal to the first security check point. Our tour was booked via Trailfinders in the UK and it is the best holiday we have had.

We had an absolutely amazing trip to Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli national parks. The tour was well organized and planned. Our guide Walter was extremely knowledgeable on all animals answering all our questions and was good company during long journeys between parks. We saw the big five and loads of other animals and birds which exceeded our expectations. After our flight from Nairobi was cancelled Pollman's looked after us and arranged a hotel and transfer back to the airport the next day, they couldn't have been more helpful. We can't recommend them highly enough.

We had the three day trip booked and we’re more than happy with it! Everything was well organized, the hotels were stunning and exceeded our expectations! The guide (Mohammed) explained us a lot and was a great story teller. We can only recommend this experience!

This company was booked for my 3 night 4 day safari and 3 excursions through TUI and I can't fault them the service provide was excellent your guides very friendly and informative. I would highly recommend them if you come to Kenya

6 day safari with Pollman's booked via Trailfiners for our honeymoon. Pollman's were brilliant and our guide Jackson was amazing. We visited a range of national parks / reserves and the trip was expertly planned out and organized very well. Highly recommend Pollmans and thanks Jackson for a great week :)

Our Kenyan Safari experience included a stay at Giraffe Manor in Nairobi prior to our safari, a dinner at the end of our safari in Nairobi, in addition to the Pollman's 6 day Classic Kenya Safari. This review is only for our safari experience; but Pullman's did an excellent job of coordinating several pieces of our trip that was out of their perview. We had a group of 10(family and friends) in 2 private vehicles. Each vehicle had a driver/guide. Both John and Ali were safe drivers, kind , flexible, and adaptable to our needs and desires. They were very good in being able to locate animals in the parks, but I felt that their in-depth knowledge about the parks, animals, cultures, and general information was lacking at time's. They always answered questions when asked, provided some of their personal animal pictures; but were not proactive in providing information and conversation. This did not really diminish the wonder of this trip; but certainly did not elevate it either. We visited Masai Mara National Reserve, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli National Park, and Lake Naivasha for a boat ride. We also did a sunrise Hot Air Balloon ride over the Masai Mara. We visited a Masai Village. We also took a tour and had lunch at the Karen Blixen house/Museum and visited a bead factory that employs single mothers in Nairobi. All of these experiences were fantastic! The Sopa Lodges were beautiful and an excellent choice for lodging and meals. I would ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY for anyone who wants to have a wonderful Safari experience in Kenya.

We have just returned from a 2 night, 3-day trip to Tsavo east and Taita Hills with Pollman tours and had the most wonderful 3 days. Our tour guide, Hassan, was great and we had an amazing time with him. His knowledge of the park and expertise is from over 10 years’ experience and he is well connected with other guides and rangers to help find the animals, whilst being very engaging to chat to. We stayed at two hotels: Salt Lick and Taita Hills. Salt Lick was beautiful; built on stilts, one wakes up to an amazing expanse of grassland, with a huge range of animals passing through just below one’s bedroom window, to reach the water holes just below the hotel. The setting is magical and at night, on arrival, we were greeted by a group of elephants drinking at the water hole just 3 metres away from the hotel’s open lobby. The food was excellent and the rooms extremely comfortable. Taita hills was also a brilliant hotel and although the pool is currently closed for renovation, the excellent museum built and run by the incredibly knowledgable and engaging Charlton more than made up for it. For anyone in the area, I’d highly recommend seeking out Charlton at Taita Hills’ Education Centre . Taita Hills was also very comfortable with good food and although the setting was not as magical as Salt Lick, I would highly recommend it. It was such an amazing safari and I could not have improved on it (apart from seeing a leopard and cheetah!).

We were met by our Pollmans guide Anthony who picked us up in Nairobi and took us to the Masai Mara, Nkuru and Amboseli. He was such a kind, patient and knowledgeable guide. So much so, I am recommending him to our parents who want to do a safari in Kenya. The whole trip was seamless, all transfers and hotels were perfectly arranged. We cannot recommend Pollmans and in particular Anthony enough. He made our honeymoon the best experience because he made sure we saw the big five as well as hundreds and hundreds of elephants (our fave). Anthony was very charming and was able to identifying all the animals and birds my husband was snapping on his camera. He also is very considerate and respectful of all the wildlife, never encroaching too close and not disturbing the peace of the animals. Anthony also organised our balloon safari in Masai Mara which was such a highlight!

Our guide Eric was excellent, very knowledgeable, professional and patient with us and the stars of Nairobi national park. The vehicle was very roomy and comfortable just as well as my wife suffers with a bad back. Eric managed to show us all the animals even the elusive Cheetah.

We had an absolutely incredible experience on safari in Kenya, thanks to our wonderful guide, Hassan. He was so knowledgeable, professional and great company for the week. We knew we were in really good hands. Our trip took in the Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli parks which was a lot of driving but well worth it as they were all so different and we saw an incredible array of wildlife. Pollmans did an excellent job and would certainly recommend. It was such an unforgettable experience. We recommend booking even a year in advance to secure your first choice of accommodation.

We booked an 8 day tour in Kenya through Orbridge but the tour operator was Pullman. We visited three separate safari camps, which were all excellent. We started in Nairobi and ended in Ambocelli before returning to Nairobi. The planning and execution of the trip was first class, including the hotels we stayed at in Nairobi. For the first five days, our driver was Sayed, aka Spider. He was outstanding! Besides being able to find the animals, he gave us incredible insights about Kenya, its people and its culture. If the need presented itself, I would request Sayed as my driver.

Visited on honeymoon. Booked through Trailfinders and then put into the safe, organised, professional hands of Pollman and our guide Obure who was absolutely fantastic throughout the whole week. In fact, both my husband and I were really quite emotional when we said goodbye to him as he was just perfect in his manner and approach. We have already agreed we will be going on safari again one day and would love to use this company again. Thank you.

We had 2 days with Marvin as our tour guide and driver at Amboseli National Park. We had a wonderful experience. Marvin was very proactive in finding animals, and was always responding proactively to animal sighting radio calls. We saw so many animals in Amboseli, including 30 lions, 7 cheetahs and of course innumerable elephants. We were given plenty of time with each animal we saw, and Marvin was very flexible with adding time on to game drives so that we could maximise our time here. Thanks Marvin and Pollman for providing an experience we’ll never forget. We couldn’t recommend Marvin enough as a guide.
