My first time visiting Kenya and first time in Africa is a period of my life that I will always remember. There are so many different aspects of the trip that made it so special to me and of of those is how friendly and knowledgeable the tour guides at Pollman's were. Dennis and Philip were two of the most amazing people that helped my trip in Kenya be so effortless and easy. From the moment I landed in Nairobi, my friend and I were picked up by Philip, who was so helpful by explaining what our next day will look like and that everything has been taken care of. He answered our lengthy questions, which we had a lot of, from the language to the culture and we were so grateful for that. During the trip, we were taken to the Giraffe Center, Carnivore restaurant, Blixen Museum, souvenir shopping and Tamambo restaurant. Philip and Dennis made the car rides so fun and they were always so joyous and very helpful in making sure my friend and I had the best time, and took us to places that were important to us. They listened to what we wanted to do and drove us there while sharing stories about Kenya, which we appreciated so so much. It was nice to have people that genuinely cared, especially when you're visiting a new country. By the end, I truly think Dennis and Philip are not only tour guides and employees of Pollman's, but very good people and rafikis (friends) that my friend and I were grateful to have met. Thank you so much for making this trip so wonderful and memorable for my 30th birthday celebration and we will definitely be back next year. Asante Sana!
