DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY! We had a visitor and she booked a full day group tour that included Nairobi National, Elephant Orphanage, lunch, Giraffe Centre, Bomas of Kenya and Karen Blixen. Our visitor was the only one in the group who had booked the full day. So after the half day with Nairobi National and Elephant Orphanage, the driver (who originally wasn’t even informed that she was on the full day tour) abandoned her on the road side and told her to wait for another driver. She waited in the middle of nowhere for 40 minutes. Then this driver took her to a random beads factory instead of the lunch place that was written in the program. In this factory they harassed her and told her she was supposed to buy something which she refused. She kept on telling the driver that she wants to have lunch and continue with the program. He told her that if she wants to have lunch they can only do one of the 3 activities that were still on the itinerary. She was fine with skipping Giraffe Centre, but still wanted to do the other two which the driver refused. She called the company to complain and they told her that they are telling the driver to leave since she’s going to leave a bad review anyway! I have lived six years in Nairobi and never have I heard of such shameful behaviour! To abandon young woman twice and not to fulfill the itinerary that she paid for! They clearly took advantage of the fact that she was on her own. She had to take an Uber from the lunch place and never got to go to the other three places. By the way, she also offered to switch to the half day program if they reimburse her the money which they refused as well!

We booked via getyourguide. There was a bit of a mix-up with the booking. The local operator and getyourguide went out of their way to resolve the problem. We had a great outing to Nairobi Nat Park and they even added a trip to Giraffe Centre free of charge. It is mostly not the problems, but how they are dealt with, that makes the difference. Thank you - well done.

Our guide, Onesmus, picked us up at our hotel right on time and we were driving on safari inside the park by 6:35. Onesmus knows the wildlife and had us visiting a pride of lions in less than twenty minutes after entering the park. By radio and phone he keeps in touch with other drivers in order to be able to quickly locate the best viewing opportunities. The highlights of our morning game drive were the lions and several encounters with white rhinos. Equally exciting were our visits to the Sheldrick elephant orphanage and the giraffe center. Onesmus has a great sense of humor and never rushed us. I highly recommend this tour and tour guide!

Watson was an amazing guide during our tour of Nairobi National Park. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and ensured we had the best experience possible. We saw so many animals up close and learned a lot about the park's wildlife. Highly recommend this tour and guide!

The views of valley was amazing. I recommend to visit during the dry season, as it is possible to descend into the valley. Bicycle and boat safaris were great fun and well timed. We could see land herbivores and hippos up close. The viator website used to book the activity was supposed to include a bike rental fee, and we only found out after we had completed the activity that we needed to pay extra for the bike rental. The guide may therefore have thought the tip was too small.

I booked this the night before as the tour option was still available on line, but the local operator did not show up. I woke up eary to be there at 530 am for nothing. It was disappointing. I am not sure who dropped the ball (I am assuming the local operator as they are supposed to pick up the order). Watch out when you make the last minute reservation. Maybe the best call them to confirm.

Amazing trip he was so nice to see that in real life, the guide was helpful with everybody and he was carry of our security.

Amazing morning Safari in Nairobi. Watson was really experienced and knew his way around. We saw all the animals in the park and he knew where they were and we were not surrounded by other cars which made the experience better. Definitely recommend this safari company for this tour or others!

It was worth the visit. The national park is close to Nairobi city, so no need to pack for days of travel. The giraffe center and elephant orphanage are also closely located from the national park. These two places were very crowded, though.

we were so fortunate to see a ton of animals on our safari! The baby elephants were so cute and feeding the giraffes was awesome. The morning portion in the park is actually quite short… But James maximized the amount of animals we saw during that time. I do feel like he could’ve been more descriptive and keeping our group queued in about what we were doing and when. it’s clear he was very knowledgeable about the park and where to find the animals, but I feel as if he spent most of his time talking to other guides to tell them where to go rather than explaining anything to us. Unless we ask specific questions, he didn’t really give us any information at all. Half of the information that we learned was actually from someone else on our safari that just happened to speak Swahili in order to translate what James was telling the other guides.

Great half day tour that picked up at hotel at 5.30am. Arranged and booked rather last minute on tripadvisor whilst in Nairobi for work, added hotel collection details, was a little nervous but I needn't have worried! Once confirmation was emailed through I communicated via WhatApp and pick up straight forward. Four of us in total, all women and we enjoyed very much. James our guide was excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble. I highly recommend!
