Tripianto organized a 3-day Nile cruise for our family of 15 people. They recommended ships and handled all the internal flight reservations. All aspects of the process and communication were smooth and competently handled. Ahmed was friendly and super responsive. I would highly recommend their services for tours and travel in Egypt.

Amazing tour through Cairo food scene. The guide tour Mahmoud was extremely knowledgeable, polite and courteous. Food was excellent, new experience that exceeded our expectation.

We booked a 2 days private trip to see the highlights of Cairo, and we could see all the important sites without hurry. Mahmoud, our guide was telling all the historical details, he is very professional in egyptian history and he was very kind and friendly. Big plus that he also offered us a drink one day, and a tea on the other. The only negative experience was that we were forced to visit some shops to buy things (papyrus, parfume, souvenir), and we felt like that we have to buy something in order not to be considered rude. I would suggest to focus on the historical parts and dont involve clients in such awkward situations. Apart from this the 2 days were 10/10.

I don't usually write reviews like the most but this deserving Tripianto team deserves to be appreciated. Right from the initial day we spoke to Amir, the care and attention to detail and responsiveness of Amir is just outstanding and this set a very high standards and expectations for the rest of the team that serviced us for a custom 8 day tour of Cairo, Luxor, Aswan & Alexandria. Every site we had visited were well organized and and flexible. There are definitely surprises such as the old USD $100 bill is not acceptable in Egypt and needs to newer bill. We started our tour with guide Mohammed who is very knowledgeble, fluent in english and also guided us for the for the Cairo & Alexandria portion of the tour. We met with guide Ismayil in Luxor and he traveled with us on the Nile river cruise. Ismayil is a very experienced, well read and very pleasant guide who made the longest portion of our tour to be the best experience overall. Ismayil is the BEST! Tripianto Cairo tour manager Hosni helped us throughout our time in Cairo and had all the answers and solutions for any last minute asks and deserves our appreciation. Overall, Tripianto did a fantastic job and I certainly would be a repeated customer! Thank you!

We had a very memorable experience walking the back streets of Cairo. Our guide was very accomodating but we were disappointed on the lack of variety of food as advertised.

Great and surprising trip. Tripianto was very accesible, flexible and opportune in finding the best options for our trip. Fully recommend Tripianto to plan your vacation. Ask Tripianto for the different guides available. We had a disparity in the quality of the guides. In particular we had an excellent guide- Azmy Salama and a extremely good guide Hosman Kemal. The guide for Luxor to Aswan was not that good.

Since I was doing some diving in the Red Sea at Sharm El Sheikh, I didn't want to loose a day of diving because I'd have to deco before flying, so this was a nice option for me to take a private car to Cairo so I could also see the pyramids as well before starting my 3 flights home super early the next morning. After a bad experience with another company, I booked with this company and within minutes of booking I heard from the company. So communication was great from the start. The car was actually a private car, not a mini van or shuttle, so a little tricky to catch some Zzzzzz's laying down in the back seat. The driver was very nice, spoke okay English, but he was a smoker. Even though he didn't smoke while he was driving, he did stop a few times for smoke breaks. Unfortunately, smoking is very common here, which is hard for folks that are not fans of cigarette smoke/smell. After arriving to Cairo, was transferred to another vehicle under the freeway which was a little sketchy. New driver was nice but didn't speak a lot of English. We waited for the tour guide Donny there. After he arrived, I asked what the game plan was and I'd prefer that we got the outdoor stuff out of the way early to beat the heat of the day. He mentioned he actually lives closer to the Pyramids of Giza than the Egypt Museum where I was waiting by. I mentioned, perhaps they should ask people before hand on what they'd want to do first. So off to the Pyramids. Donny was very knowledgeable about the locations we visited and was comfortable chatting about various other topics. His English was very good, which made communicating easy. Having a private tour is always the way to go in my opinion, since they know the ins and outs of all of the locations and takes the stress of having to figure things out of the equation. I'd highly recommend if you have a limited time in Cairo/Giza.

They work with Ahmed one of our favorites and other great Tour guides that are knowledgeable, relaxed and understand specific needs, for a variety of different guests while we are on tour. This was hands down the BEST trip I have ever been on, and this is coming from someone who has been to Egypt a hundred times before. Amir was great and included everything there was to see in Luxor and Aswan possible, from Abu Simbel to Edfu to Karnak to the Valley of Kings. He got my family and I an amazing tour guide, Ali, that explained everything in great detail and made the experience as enjoyable as possible for us. They are both extremely patient and highly devoted to their work. Everything about the trip was perfect, especially the cruise and the weather. The views were absolutely stunning. This is an unforgettable experience and worth every single penny— this is your sign to go to Luxor and Aswan as soon as possible!!!
