Early start (3am) from Cairo. Met at Luxor by our guide from Egypt Sunny Tours. Highly recommend them. Fascinating site at Valley of the Kings. Prepare for the heat both outside and inside the tombs. Our guide took us aside to the cool of the shade to e play the history so we didn’t need to spend much time underground. Planes were delayed both ways. Will need your passport even though domestic flight and allow plenty of time for screening etc as this is a very popular destination.

In March of 2022 a group of us took a Nile cruise. Tarek was on of the tour guides. He took us on most of the tours set up by the boat and he was very knowledgeable and informative on every official tour and even a few side tours we took while just anchored. It was like a study trip but with no pressure. The following year we ( a group of 8 including my 88 year old mother in law) hired him to set up a privat tour. It included opening and closing days at Sharm El- Sheikh, a few days in Cairo ( our hotel balcony looked directly unobstructed on the pyramids) where we saw and did things tourists normally don’t do and a Jeep safari of the western desert area which was amazing. We became friends, met some of his family and plan on hopefully setting up another tour when the new Egyptian museum opens. On a side note, he used his influence to get us a VIP tour of the parts of the museum which were open and gave us a personal tour of the old/current Egyptian museum in Cairo. We traveled with no complications and no worries. Everything went perfectly. I can recommend him for a completely excellent experience.

I could not fault the cruise or excursions, but most importantly Tarek; his knowledge, enthusiasm and ability to make this trip personal — truly amazing! We visited the most amazing sites and monuments of Egypt, including a few additional extras that were well worth the early mornings. I would highly recommend this trip to anyone wanting to get the full (all-inclusive) experience of Egypt — definitely one to remember!!

We booked Khaled for a full day tour of the West Bank and East Bank. He was recommended to us by our fantastic guide in Cairo. Khaled picked us up promptly at 7am in very comfortable new car. What struck us immediately was that Khaled had a sense of humor and wouldn’t just be a guide, but also a fun and engaging teacher. We visited the Valley of the Kings and skipped Hatshepsut’s Temple and the Ramaseum. Instead we went to Habu Medinet based on Khalid’s recommendation and happy we did. Khalid gave us his expert and honest opinion on all the sights and it made our day all the more worthwhile. We also visited Karnak and Luxor Temples. There was no question Khaled couldn’t answer and he truly inspired us to learn more about Ancient Egypt. He also made a lot of great recommendations for shops and sights. Not in the upselling way, but out of a genuine and enthusiastic love for his hometown. The entire day we felt like we were hanging out with a friend who wanted us to have the best experience possible. My husband and I recommend him 10/10 and will absolutely have him as our guide when we come back to Egypt again to visit Alexandria and Aswan.

Meeting Khaled felt like striking gold. The man is an expert in Egyptology, and extremely knowledgeable and passionate about the subject. He is an amazing storyteller. Any question that may arise, he will always have an educated explanation. His teaching methods are engaging, and done in a way to make extensive information more memorable. Not only this but is also just an all round great man and easy to get along with. He is all about customer experience and goes out of his way to accommodate and look after your needs. He truely made our time in upper Egypt very special, couldn’t recommend someone more. I know I will be telling my friends and family to use him in the future.

Me and my husband had a wonderful time from first moment we arrived to Luxor. Tarek (our tour guide/Egyptologist) was excellent, his knowledge and expertise was just perfect. Nothing was a problem and everything we asked for we got. We have seen so much. We have done some other trips which are not listed here. Khaled was my guide and he was amazing! It has been one of the best tours I have ever taken. His knowledge and way to share ancient Egypt history makes it more memorable. I mentioned to avoid very touristic restaurants and he went far and beyond to give me an Egyptian experience. Highly recommended!

Nobody came from this company to take us on a tour. We tried to contact them and also contacted TripAdvisor. Neither of us got any response. The company probably doesn't exist anymore.
