We booked a full day Luxor Tour including Karnak, Valley of the Kings etc. Our Tour Guide (Jackie) was super nice and had a big knowledge about all the interesting history. She was really funny and made sure we feel comfortable! I highly recommend Jackie as a Tour Guide. Also big thank you to the drivers Karam, wo made us feel very safe!

After a misunderstanding regarding timing due to our fault, everything was managed professionally, first by Liza and taken over by Deminia. Nice tours exceeds our expectations! Our coordinator Zeinab did an excellent job. She took care of us from the time we flew in from Cairo until our return. She always checks up on us. Instructions and activities were explained clearly and on time. She usually message us the itineraries the night before. There was never any confusion on what we should do and where we are going. They can be conveniently reached through whatsapp and is always reachable. All the tours are coordinated. Shout out to our tour guide Ahmed Majid. He explained everything so clearly and we enjoyed listening to him as he discussed Egyptian history and culture. He interacted to all of us and is always open to questions. The cruise ship (Magic II/Serenity cruises) is clean and nice. All the crew are very polite and helpful. Just be prepared to have smaller bills as Tipping everywhere in Egypt is a culture. Not a lot of food choices on Main Courses but overall everything was nice. I am happy because my friends enjoyed this trip and told me that it was the best Trip they had so far and Nice tours made that happened for us. Thank you Nice Tours for giving us a wonderful experience.

We started our day with hot air balloon and the view from above is breathtaking, we did then visits temples, had lunch and end the day with felucca ride. Our tour guide Ahmed Majid, was very informative yet very interesting. Our coordinator from nice tours was Zeinab and she is always concern and replies immediately to our concerns and quiries. If I have to do this tour again, will definitely do it again with them.

The team is so competent and prestative. Merna and Mohamed gave me a 10/10 customer service and guide experience that I will never forget. Totally recommend it.

My agent Elarya was very helpful and managed the tour well. She supported me to catch a car without any trouble via WhatsApp, while drivers don’t understand English well. Abu Simbel was of course great to visit, even it takes 4 hours drive.

The whole day trip to the west bank of Luxor was fantastic with a nice driver and our guide Abanob! As a true professional, Abanob gave us full explanation of everything and even got us the last minute extra tickets at the valleys! Also our contact person Demiana was very kind :)
