Enjoy Half Day Tour to Dendera Temple from Luxor. Drive for about 70km to the north of Luxor to visit Dendera Temple complex, which contains a large number of structures from different periods of Egyptian history, the best preserved is the Greco-Roman temple of Hathor. The spectacular ceiling painting has been cleaned in Hathor temple, and some of the most vibrant and colorful paintings dating from antiquity are now visible.The sculptured Dendera zodiac is a widely known relief found in a late Greco-Roman temple, containing images of Taurus (the bull) and the Libra (the balance). Once your Egyptologist is done telling you the history of the place you will have your own free time to wonder around and take some pictures then transfer back to in Luxor.

Ancient history up close and amazing

Exceptional Nile cruise/tour experience
Wow! So much fun! The cruise itself, staff, food was amazing. Our daily excursions were more than expected. So much history, we were in awe every day. The topping on the cake was our most awesome guide GEORGE! The BEST! He is knowledgeable, personable, speaks excellent English and is just an all around nice guy!

Unforgettable experience with the best guide!
This tour was amazing! It was truly unforgettable to witness the wonders of ancient Egypt. The best part of our experience was our guide George. He was so knowledgeable about everything Egypt and could answer all of our many questions. You could really see his love for Egypt and its history throughout the tour. He went above and beyond making sure we always felt safe and got everything we wanted to do done. From seeing ancient sites to hot air ballooning over Luxor to guiding us through the market in Aswan George was able to coordinate it all! By the end of the trip he felt like part of the family. He definitely does more than your average guide. I would definitely recommend this trip to anyone!

Don't miss this tour
George with Golden Luxor Tours is the best! He is very knowledgeable and friendly. We visited Karnak, Luxor, Valley of the Kings, Queen Hatshepsut, Edfu and Kom Ombo. He explained the meaning of the carvings and hieroglyphics. That made it so much more meaningful to understand what we were seeing. I would highly recommend this tour.

10/10 Recommend!!
I have 0 complaints about this tour. The boat was amazing, the sites along the way were breathtaking, but the biggest highlight was our guide, George. George had an answer to every question we had. He has so much knowledge but is also so kind and made sure we were always comfortable and having a great time. I learned so much from him and am so thankful for him. I would recommend this trip to everyone!!

BEST TOUR EVER
George is incredible. He is so kind and knowledgeable, I would recommend this tour and George to everyone. He always made sure we were in the shade, answered all of our questions, and took care of us every second he was with us. He never left anyone behind and made this trip unforgettable. He was so organized and I am still blown away by how much information he has. If I could rate higher than 5/5, I would!

Excellent guide and tour
George was an excellent guide who made every part of our extensive trip perfect. He accommodated all of our requests and struck the perfect balance between explaining all of the sites and history to us with giving us time to explore on our own and take photos. By the end of the trip we felt like we were traveling with a trusted Egyptian family member who always took care that we were comfortable and had everything we needed. George is an expert guide for a Luxor Aswan trip with years of valuable experience. He knews instinctively what we wanted from our trip and made it very special. Wonderful tour
George was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the entirety of our trip. We felt fully taken care of as he was very attentive and made sure to ask us how we are doing and if we need anything throughout the tours. Gosheas in Egypt
We had a wonderful family trip along the Nile with Jorge. Jorge is very knowledgeable and interesting but the key feature for us was his ability to give just the right amount of information. Jorge is kind and friendly and very easy to get along with. He made our holiday memorable. I highly recommend Jorge as a guide.
