I am requesting a full refund. I never got the opportunity to go on the Cairo trip. We confirmed the day prior the time and place of pick up for extra clarification. The day of the event we never got picked up from the hotel. Me and my friends were up and ready at 0130 AM to me pick up, as the coordinator told us to be the day prior. The day of we were simply left on read and it was a complete waste of our time. We planned the entire trip around going to Cairo that day and it was a disappointment. Can someone please direct me to whom would be responsible for refunding me my money.

Do not I repeat do not waste your time.money and. Hopes with this tour. Me and my friends have booked this trip a week in advanced hoping to get the full experience of Cairo but we’re left unsatisfied. For started the booking agency did not confirm with us the pick up time and location for 1:30am. Our group stayed up up until 4am the day of the trip hoping to receive a confirmation that our driver and or trip is still happening. Days go by still have not been able to contact the agency trying to get a refund and explanation as to why our trip did not happen. My advice if you want to go see the Pyramids in Cairo book a hotel near it and other events near the city to avoid traveling in cramped cars, little to no A/C and avoiding miscommunication. Hurghada on the other hand is perfect for beach days walking around the city but everything you would want to experience in Egypt is between 3-6 hours away. Good luck and make sure you do all of your research and til this day we still haven’t received any notice from the agency.

We had a nice tour. Cruise trip was lovely with great food on board. Special thanks to our tour agent Merit - who was very reachable, always helped with the questions we had and advised on any confusions. This helped make our experience smooth.

I took a tour in Abu Simbel Temple, it was really a wonderful experience. The road to Abu Simbel was long, but I do not feel bored. It is really a worthy adventure. I highly recommend the experience.

We enjoyed this trip so much! I would recommend it to anyone thinking about it... before the trip we were a little worried about it, especially because it takes approx. 5 hours one way... but it was perfect... the drivers were responsible, we felt really safe, also in Cairo, where the traffic is really chaotic :) we made enough stops for buying coffee, toilette, etc. The guide in Cairo was perfect, spoke with such enthusiasm, also giving insider tips about life in Egypt, where to buy souvenirs, where to book a camel ride by the Pyramids... Would really recommend the boat drive on the Nile, worth the money... Looking forward of booking also a trip to Luxor when we come back next time... Shukran !

I went to the village of Nuwa in Aswan and her parents were good and i visited the garden and it was a happy trip and I hope to get back to her again
