Communication: Lucas was there to assist for any kind of issues. He is very communicative in Whatsapp (+20 127 103 9332) . Helped me for any issues. Tour summary: I got picked up by 04:10 AM. The driver was on time. Got to the location by 05:00 AM. Sunrise was at 05:25. The first balloon ride started at 05:15 . I was on the second shift which started at 05:30. It was a 30mins ride. After the ride I got dropped of by my hotel. The view was amazing. I really appreciated the way Lucas handled it from beginning to end. He always made sure if I was satisfied with the service. Ask for Lucus! After being scammed with other companies and canceled on me the night before I found lucus number online called him at 9pm asking if they have a space for next day and he was very responsive and straightforward he gave me a better price than other company and kept on texting to make sure that everything went perfect. He even showed up to the hotel with a key chain and a bracelet for each on of the group trying to make it up when I told him what has happened to me with other companies. I highly recommend using him!! I can say that this was the only tour I have enjoyed so much without bargaining or back and forth in Egypt. Transfer was excellent. Driver, Mohamed, was on time for pick up. Vehicle was clean and comfortable. Mohamed purchased us a cold water and snack along the way. Lucas, Dubai Holidays, was in contact with us throughout the transfer. I would recommend at least 1 to 1.5 hour stop per visit. We were only given 30 min at Edfu Temple. It took us about 10 min. to get to the temple from the drop off point. I felt rushed. In total this was about a 7 hour transfer. Overall I would recommend transfer.

Booked this tour with Expedia, pick up point was never confirmed, started trying to contact Dubai Holidays in several different numbers, contacted Expedia several times, managed to speak with management at Giftun Islands that try to contact also Dubai Holidays unsuccessfully, contacted again Expedia that decided finally to open a complaint and told me to wait 96h. Never went on the tour because was never informed of the pick up point. Was contacted by Expedia saying that Dubai Holidays refused the refund and therefore there was nothing they could do! So be aware that most likely this is a scam and Expedia is doing nothing to prevent it as well!

We were happy and enjoyed the trip. Full of emotions. Best service ever. Our flight was just after the excursion. But we were in airport in time as organisators promised. Strongly recommend!

Booked this trip very last minute thru trip advisor. It was past midnight when we made the reservation online and then called Dubai holidays to make sure a pick up from our hotel could be arranged for the following morning at 7:30am. I was truly impressed with the service provided- from pick up, on the boat and drop off, couldn’t have asked for anything more and for a great price! Adam was great on the boat and made sure we had an awesome snorkeling experience. Definitely our trip highlight and I can’t thank Dubai holidays enough!
