We had an amazing time in southern Egypt in September 2023 by contracting Amar's services. We required a transportation to Abu Simbel from Aswan and Amar provided a comfortable van service very early in the morning that arrived fast to Abu Simbel. We came back to Aswan to have some food and rest. We were so satisfied with Amar's service and asked another transportation to Kom Ombo, which took us back to our hotel in Aswan and made it easy for us to enjoy the rest of the evening. The service was excelent, so we decided to ask another transportation to Luxor for the next day. We had a safe and confortable trip, we saved a lot of time by traveling this way from Aswan to Luxor. Finally, in Luxor we contracted a transportation to the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple with a guide in English. We highly recommend Amar's services. I planned the whole tour with Mohamed from airport pickup in Aswan to drop off in Luxor, all excursions in between, our star driver Hamdy whom we had all the way really cared for us. He made me feel really comfortable with all of my requests from day one. He was patient and always kind. All of the tours and drivers arranged where on time. I forgot my wallet in a hotel in Aswan when I was already on my way to Luxor and he arranged with a friend to go pick it up and delivered to me in Luxor as a kind gesture! I recomend !

I did a reservation from Aswan to Abu Simbel with Amro in a private shuttle and everything was perfect. The driver was on time and the van was new, really comfortable, clean with AC. The driver was respecfully with the speed and when we get to the Abu Simbel we had not clear with our address accomodation and he took all the time to help us and finally get to the accomodation. 100% recommended this service! We stayed at El Karma resort for about 2 weeks and used "Sun International" for all activities and visits during this entire period. From the first moment Amr was very kind to help us with our pick-up in a private car to go to Abu Simbel! The car was perfect, our driver Hussen was very friendly and helpful, he was willing to help us all the time, he waited for us the necessary time while we saw the temple and then left us at the door of the hotel, best service impossible

I did the private tour of the valley of the kings, hapshetut temple, Luxor temple, and Karnak temple. I was picked up at the airport right when I walked out by Ahmed. He was very nice and we stopped on the way to a store where the driver gave a free coffee and really good food. Then we met the tour guide Ali. Ali was the best tour guide I’ve ever had and made the entire experience so much better. His English is very good and his knowledge of the history of Egypt is even better. I believe he learned it from his father and also in university. I learned more about Ancient Egypt from Ali in one day than I did in months’ worth of history classes, all the while he managed to make the content digestible and entertaining. He also took loads of photos for me and was extremely kind. The tour would’ve not been the same without Ali, as I’ve had other tours in Egypt and there’s simply no comparison. Both Ahmed and Ali were fantastic. 11/10 experience. The only thing I’d change next time is to ask the tour guide not to stop by the Papyrus and the Stone factories unless you want to buy something, it was on the more expensive end (in my opinion) and took away some time from seeing more interesting things. Otherwise, the entire experience was great and worth the price!

We booked the tour from Assuan to Abu Simbel and everything was perfect! They came to take us directly from our hotel perfectly in time being kind with us all day. We recommend to buy tours with them!

Sailed on the 5 star Hapi 5. If you are intensionally booking this boat all I can say is don’t! The boat is very old certainly not been refurbished since the 1980s and is very dirty. We were in room 226 the air conditioning was very noisy and inefficient, water was dripping down the walls unable to use the wardrobe as was swimming. Stained mattresses torn bedding. The windows rattled and didn’t close properly, when moored at night alongside the other ships the diesel fumes would come in the cabin and choke you. The food was ok but monotonous a slightly different variant of the same thing every night. Now the positive! The tours and excursions were amazing highly recommend the full excursion package so you can see most things. We paid extra to go to the botanical garden and Nubian village on a falukka which was amazing. Our guide was Hani he was brilliant, new his stuff and had a way of engaging his audience. A trip down to the market in Aswan which you can do on your own is also recommended. NOw would I go again.. Yes but not on the Hapi 5.
