Ali took us to the Valley of the Kings and several temples. His wealth of knowledge and passion, allowed us to indulge into all the West Bank of Egypt could offer. I am so happy to visit Luxor and dive deeper into its rich history. It wouldn’t be possible without Ali!

We did the 4 day 3 night cruise aboard Princess Amira from Aswan to Luxor, including the optional tour to Abu Simbel. First, Mohammed was very responsive, both before the trip (even before booking and after it) and during it and answered all our questions patiently and worked to resolve any issues. One issue that cropped up was that we were told wifi is included but the cruise ship was charging for the wifi. On bringing this to Mohamed's notice, he tried his best to resolve asap but it took a day, but in the end we had access to wifi as promised. On the last day, he even gave us a complementary phone sim card with internet to make up for the trouble. The cruise ship was decent, clean, and well maintained but the big positive thing was that the cruise staff was super nice, helpful, polite, and attentive to everyones' needs. Food had variety and was quite decent. The guide, Abdullah, was also very attentive, ever present to help, and knowledgeable. He even helped us book train tickets for the return journey when he picked us up from the train station on the first day. One thing that Abdullah could improve was being more present at sites for giving detailed explanation. We noticed that he'd give us broad explanations, then leave us to explore by ourselves while he waited outside at the cafes at various sights. But we saw some other guides always with the tourists, giving detailed explanations of some drawings or architecture. That'd have enhanced the experience and our understanding of those sites. Lastly, timeliness was maintained to the best possible which we appreciated a lot and the fact that everything everywhere was pre-arranged without us having to worry about anything.

Amazing experience. Tarek and all the guides were great! Not only the guides were knowledgeable and friendly, but everyone was out of their way to make it a perfect experience. They accommodated everything and anything that we want it to see. They made us feel protected and welcome! Truly I recommend this group!! Our trip was perfect thanks to them.

booked a 7 night nile cruise with red sea holidays, the day before departure we were informed that the ship we had originally booked on had been taken out of service due to a covid outbreak but that they had " secured an upgrade to our cruise which would now be on the 5 star deluxe MS iberotel Crown Emperor" upon being shown our cabin on the ship we asked to be moved, it was filthy, paint was peeling off of the woodwork, bathroom didnt look as though it had been cleaned for months. dust everywhere chairs in the cabin coated in dust. we asked our rep to return us to our hotel and that we would not bother with the cruise. there was an excursion booked for that afternoon and the rep assured us that if we went on the excursion he would get the cabin deep cleaned by the time we returned. upon our return very little had been done to clean the cabin although some small attempt had been made. we again informed the rep we werent happy and wished to return to our original hotel. he informed us that he could arrange this but that it would cost us approx £300 for the return plus another £600 for the hotel we were also given the choice of switching from a cabin to a suite at a cost of £800. we declined all those options and said we would stay but under duress and informed the rep that we wished him to convey to red sea holidays our displeasure at being forced to stay in filthy accomodation. the first meal in the restaurant was another upset, upon being shown our table we left to sample the buffet, upon returning to the table with our meal we found other people had also been given our seats and were sat in them. poorly organised but it was soon sorted. our original cruise was for 7 nights stopping a night here a night there but we found the new cruise was condensed into 3 and half days and 3 and half days tied up in luxor where we were unable to open the curtains to view the supposedly breath taking views as on one side we had other ships tied up alongside, so close we could touch them and on the other side the dock wall. there were no facilities in the cabins to make tea or coffee so you couldnt get an early hot drink until they opened the bar at 7 am. the so called swimming pool was no such thing, an area of water that barely covered your ankles with at one end an area approx 4 metres by 2 metres of waist high water you certainly couldnt swim in it on the plus side the excursions were pretty good with our guide, tamer, fairly knowledgeable. the food on board was passable and plentiful although certainly not the 5 star expected i had a row with the ships manager where i told him that the ship was certainly not first class and that a travel lodge in england was far cleaner that the cabin they had given us. he informed me that in egypt they have different classes of 5 star and that the ship was a 5 star.

It was a very nice tour and the company was on time. The sites are very much worth seeing. I would use this tour company again

We had a tour with nasser and our driver sherif there were both Amazing. guide was kindest and most patient tour guide that we had during our time in Egypt he was extremely knowledgeable answer all questions and rally gave us the most amazing experience

Outstanding tour with an engaging and most knowledgeable guide (Mohamed Ali). Covid concerns are keeping tourists from traveling right now so, if you are vaxed and use common sense precautions you have the sites virtually to yourself.

With covid-few tourists so it was me an outstanding guide, great driver and incredible venues. I loved it.
