In November 2023, my husband, I, and a couple of friends took a dream trip. We went to Egypt to see the wonders of the ancient world. We did a very intense search on the internet to hire a guide service to make the most of our trip. We found the company Happy Egypt! We hired their service to visit Alexandria, which was a wonderful tour, mainly due to the professionalism and knowledge that our guide Sayed showed about the history of Alexandria. It was just a day trip, but it was fantastic everything we saw and learned about the history of that place. The driver service was also excellent, the driver very responsible and polite, and the car was a very comfortable van. The lunch included in the tour was delicious. The next day we went to Luxor. The company Happy Egypt arranged everything; airline tickets, transfers from the hotel to the airport - all very well organized. Luxor is a phenomenal place! A must-see for anyone visiting Egypt. Our guide in Luxor was Mohamed, a very friendly gentleman who is knowledgeable about Egyptian history. The lunch served by the tour package offered by Happy Egypt was delicious, in a restaurant near the Nile River. We recommend the services offered by Happy Egypt. If one day we return to Egypt, we will definitely hire Happy Egypt's service again. We only had one day in Luxor, and we enjoyed it a lot. In fact, if we had more time, we would have stayed at least two more days. There are many spectacular things to see in Luxor. And actually, it was a bit overwhelming to visit all the monuments we visited in just one day. If you can, stay at least 2 days in Luxor.

The team changed our tour to include valley of the nobles and valley of the workers and they are THE BEST of the temples. Simply amazing, a must do - was even better than valley of the kings. Team were just brilliant and our guide Mahmoud made the whole trip!! Definitely recommend them.

Ahmed and Happy Egypt exceeded our highest expectations and gave us the vacation of a lifetime!

Happy Egypt and Essam/team did a masterful job of arranging 9 days of travel and tours of all of the major sites in Egypt. These included the Pyramids of Giza, Valley of the Kings, Edfu Temple, Abu Simbel, a 4 night cruise on the Nile, and a wonderful day trip in Cairo to conclude our visit. The service was outstanding! Essam and his team did everything to make our trip memorable -- they were flawless in regard to the transportation to and from the airports, to the various sites and even little things like buying SIM cards. To make the trip even more memorable, Essam and his team provided not just the tour facts, but their insights into the Egyptian culture, past and present! The entire time in Egypt was stress-free and enjoyable. They bent over backwards to tailor our trip to two different couples' needs. Happy Egypt provided a fantastic five-day tour of Aswan, Abu Simbel, and Luxor for the two of us, including a three-night cruise. Essem was a knowledgeable and friendly guide, and we saw everything we wanted to see at a very reasonable price. Would highly recommend to anyone headed to Upper Egypt.

We just completed a 9-day Egypt adventure, largely let by Happy Egypt. I’ve never used a private tour company on a trip before (we are more independent travelers) but had been told/read that it was necessary in Egypt. I’m glad we did. We did 2 days in Cairo, Abu Simbel, a Nile cruise (dahabiya), various airport transfers, and hot air balloon over Luxor. We had a great time. First, Ahmed, the primary contact, is extremely responsive, professional, communicative, and helpful. We specifically wanted a dahabiya (as opposed to a big cruise ship), and Ahmed was one of the few agents/contacts that was able to arrange that for us. Can’t recommend it enough btw. Don’t go on the big cruise ships! Take a dahabiya! In addition, We had a lot of extra requests including finding a specific pcr test, and Ahmed was extremely helpful in making the trip seamless. We also had two excellent tour guides. Essam was our guide in upper Egypt and a seemingly endless fountain of knowledge about ancient and modern Egypt. We learned a ton and he arranged for some really wonderful experiences that we wouldn’t have had otherwise! And in Cairo, Yousef was our wonderful guide and took such good care of us, always going out of his way to ensure we were taken care of and sharing interesting history and context. Overall, I can definitely recommend Happy Egypt, particularly if it’s your first trip to Egypt and you want to get a good overview and see the top sites with a private guide.

We did the Tours of the Valley of Kings and Queens, and also the temples of Dendera and Abydos from Luxor. We had a fantastic experience with our guide Issam, who was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tours were always on time and Ahmed, our agent made us feel very confit and welcome. When I contacted Ahmed for booking the trip, he was very prompt and quick with his replies unlike other agencies and agents that I tried to contact before the trip. The promptness of his replies just made me think that he’s more reliable and hence I decided to go with Happy Egypt Tours. It was the best decision ever. We also did a trip to Sinai by flight from Luxor and then by road to Cairo via St Catherine monastery. The scenery was mind blowing. All this was arranged by Ahmed at Happy Egypt and it went seamlessly and smoothly. We stayed in Egypt for about 10 days and also used some other tours when in Cairo. We had some negative experiences during our time on Cairo, but everything that was handled by Happy Egypt was just excellent. At the end of the trip, I regretted not booking the whole tour with Happy Egypt, as I had only booked the Luxor and Sinai parts with them. The hotels that Ahmed booked were of excellent quality and in very good locations. Also a word on the restaurants that we were taken to during our tours. The restaurants were clean, and served great food. I would absolutely recommend Happy Egypt Tours for anybody planning to have a seamless and great experience in Egypt. Look no further. The tour guide Esam was very well educated and spoke very well English and was very keen on detail with the tour, we added the Nubian village to this package which I definitely recommend, camel ride is included . This tour was my favorite! I had the pleasuree of working with Essam & Mohamad. From pickup to drop off it was a pleasant day! To see the Egyptian ruins and the endless history of the land was phenomenal and a memory I shall never forget. My favorite was the the Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple. I will say if you would like to see King Tut's tomb be sure to ask because it is not one of the included tombs. My tour guide Mohamed narrated the history nicely for me. It is a long day so rest up. But the sites are remarkable to see. And if you want to make time for something more check with your guide. We were able to stop at a spice shop and jewelry store during my tour. My purchases in Luxor ended up being one of my favorite souvenirs. Because my flight back did not leave until midnight I liked that the company included a hotel room in the booking, a safe space to decompress, after such a long day. Due to my late night early morning departure time the hotel offered a boxed meal. Which also reminds me that our lunch at Africa Garden Restaurant was one of my favorites too. I ate everything and there is a great view of the Nile. Such a fulfilling day!

I highly recommend Happy Egypt and would have no hesitation in using them again. We two females used them for a 9 day holiday over Christmas 2019. We found them to be highly organised, professional, flexible (they will tailor to your requirements), approachable/responsive, reliable, friendly and the price was very competitive. I knew exactly what we wanted to do and see and they put together a detailed itinerary/contract incorporating a Nile cruise (M/S Farah) and private tours to all the usual attractions between Luxor and Aswan (including road trip to Abu Simbel) plus trips to Dendera and Abydos. I also booked airport transfers with them and train between Aswan and Luxor (we cruised Luxur-Aswan and then returned to a hotel in Luxor). The company is larger than I expected with extensive experience of the sites and the different cruise ships. We were excited about our first visit to Egypt yet slightly nervous and expected to have something go wrong given that we were doing so much with such set ideas. Happy Egypt delivered exactly to plan with no hiccups at all. Sam the guide was a delight and looked after us at every turn. He was highly knowledgeable about the ancient sites and his good humour helped to make for a fun trip. He looked after us very well and we felt safe at all times. Thanks to the team.
