This trip was absolutely fantastic, I would recommend it as a must do when visiting Luxor. The service from this company was excellent. Communication from Mirna was excellent. We got picked up and dropped at the time they said. Seeing the balloons being blown up and taking off was spectactular. The actual ballon ride was amazing especially as it was sunrise. I would totally recommend booking your trip with this company 10/10 😃😃😃

The tour was generally well-organised where the guide, Mirna met us at our hotel at 4.10 am and took us to the balloon departure area. The flight was smooth and the views of the sunrise along with the contrasting landscapes of the desert and the Nile were breathtaking. A nice experience overall.

I would recommend you to try this tour, It is an amazing experience. They are very organize in picking up guests in hotel going to the balloon departure area. The only downside is that, the tour guide facilitating our tour is asking for tips even if the tour is not finished. It's very unprofessional and we lose the thrill.

It need to get up early and wait for a long time to watch the sunrise m.But the view is good.It is worth to do all the things..

Unfortunately, this tour provider ruined our experience in Luxor. First off, this tour is marketed as a sunrise hot air balloon when infact i was only picked up at 5:40am and we missed the sunrise completely. the tour contacted me via whatsapp to confirm the pickup time and details. I was initially told the pickup is at 4:40am. Then at 9:30pm the night before they told me its now at 5:40am due to “weather conditions” which was a flat out lie and when i actually went in the morning, the sunrise balloons were taking flight already. I would highly discourage anyone to book with this tour provider. They didnt even apologize and continued to blame everyone but themselves and when i asked for anyone to call me from the tour company, they ignored me. The two people i dealt with are called Morna and Tony. Book with other tour providers and avoid this one as they lack honesty.

Unlike many other experiences in Egypt, this one was very well organized, on time and structured. The whole experience was seamless, great team, professional pilot, very safe. Highly recommend!
