The sunset felucca ride booked via Karim at Egypt Crown Tours was well organised. Karim messaged in advance to let me know when the driver would arrive. Mostafa was a kind and courteous driver. He arrived on time and clearly explained where he would drop me off and collect me at the end of the trip. I had a wonderful felucca ride with Taya and Hamza steering the boat. They were both pleasant young men who pointed out key landmarks and showed me how the boat was driven. We saw an amazing sunset along the way. A welcome cup of tea and a friendly chat with the crew ended the evening. This is a highly recommended trip. Thank you to Karim, Mostafa, Taya and Hamza 😊.

Can't thank Karim enough for the great bespoke sightseeing. Although we had been to Luxor previously he showed us the new finds and the sites we had not seen before. Tariq was an excellent guide and the drivers were punctual and polite. If you are travelling to Egypt Karim can organise whatever you need at a sensible price.Thank you for a great time

This is a trip with just a boy boat captain and no guide no commentary and you are left to make the best of it yourself. The River Nile is charming in any case so you probably will enjoy it but we just expected a little more of a “tour”. Dealing with Kareem the company owner has probably been the worst part of our experience as he is very temperamental and does not accept any constructive feedback. He even canceled our trip for the next day last minute when I shared some feedback with him. He could have simply shared what the trip is about and what to expect but he was too busy to do so hence our disappointment. For that I would hesitate to recommend using crown tours for other travelers as you would not want your plans falling apart because the company owner was in a bad mood!

We had a lovely evening watching the Nile sunset from a comfortable, clean felucca. The two crew members were made sure the trip was a memorable one. The food was discussed beforehand and was delicious. If I had one concern, it was having to climb down a muddy bank to the boat, and then back up again in the dark. Definitely wouldn’t be suitable for elderly or disabled people.

Amazing private sunset fellucca tour ! We got picked up in our hotel by a very nice car, the driver and the guide where very nice and welcoming! After a short drive, starts the fellucca tour ! Hamza and Mussa were awesome! We went to banana island and they really took the time to show us the area by sunset/night. I would definitely recommend them!

We originally booked the river Felucca cruise with Karim and enjoyed it so much that we decided to book more! We booked the sunrise balloon trip and a half day West Bank tour (Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Colossi of Memnon, Temple of Hatshepsut) through him as well. Captain Mossa was very welcoming and friendly . Sunset over the Nile is a truly mesmerising experience.i cannot recommend this highly enough . The boat, Humpty Dumpty, was perfect. The only reason for the 4/5 was we had no wind so he couldn’t sail . Weather is not something that can be held against the wonderful Mossa but would have made it perfect !

Beautiful views and great ride along the Nile. Our captain was very knowledgeable and friendly. Refreshments were also provided. Highly recommended.
