The experience was absolutely amazing. The balloon Operators were very profesional and the whole trip was well managed and ran smoothly, considering the number of people involved. We were in the air for about 45 minutes and watched the sun rise shortly after take off. We could clearly see the historical area below us, including the Temple of Hatshepsut as we gently drifted across the sky. The wind had picked up slightly as we came to land but having had concise instructions prior to the flight which we were reminded of as we came in, everything went well. Highly recommended.

The whole experience from pick up to drop off was good. Breakfast is coffee and very small piece of cookie or something very very small, so don't expect anything fancy. Just couple of things to note though: if you have any other program immediately after the hot air balloon, keep some extra time in between because the ride may or may not start exactly on time depending on clearance from aviation and you may be late for the next event. Remember to empty your bladder before your ride because there is no bathrooms close by :). The ride itself is spectacular as you fly over the ancient tombs and temples over the Nile River and get to see the beautiful sunrise!

After a pickup, a calming boat ride across the Nile. Tea & coffee offered to warm the start. After a wait and the cold starts to bother, the adenaline starts to pump as 20+ ballons start to fill and race into the sky, overlooking all of Luxor with the Sun on the horizon. Float for nearly an hour over countless tombs. An awesome landing and teammate orientated collection of vessel followed by another cruise down the nile to your pickup point! What an experience! Solid!!

I booked and paid for the sunrise flight for my whole family, including 2 grandchildren,months ago and bought a ticket for another son a week before the flight. After getting confirmations on all, the company sent me an email the night before saying I had to pay $20 more per person. I said they had confirmed the day before and I expected them to honor their contract with me.
We waited to be picked up from 3:30 am to 6 am but no one ever showed up. We couldn't reach anyone by phone, text or email. I'd planned the trip for a year. My grandkids were in tears and so was I.

The company organizing this balloon trip did not communicate with me or answer my messages. We booked this trim in July for January and they did not respond the entire time. Finally on December 29th, a couple days before the ride they messaged me demanding that I have to pay an additional $30 per person (this doubles the initial price) because the government changed the gas prices. This was not the price we booked or agreed on and thus should not have changed. Finally after agreeing to pay, they cancelled the ride the night before and have not given me refund or replied to my messages.

Specifically booked for 4:30am sunrise time slot. The night before we got a message the pickup will be 1 hour later at 5:40am. OK never mind, thought we can still make it. When the driver picked us up, he stopped somewhere and told us we needed to wait for someone else, not sure who, communication problem there. Meanwhile we could see the sun rising by then... After we made a lot of noise that we had to get going, another van came along, we were transferred over and finally reached the balloon site 7+am. The rest of the experience was enjoyable, other than the disappointment of missing out on the cooler time and nicer view if we had gone up earlier. We met the balloon company rep, he was a nice guy, and the pilot was good too. During all the waiting, the guy or whoever it is never responded to my calls or messages, and never appeared. I can roughly see the system they are running, agents get the customers, book the seats with the balloon companies, arrange the pickup, etc. So the agent is really poor in his service and probably a small timer. On the same balloon we met others who complained of the same experience - booked 4:30am pickup, woke up 4am, waited for van 5+++am and only got up in the air 7+++am.

In apeik we booked to 4:30 tour, where the sun rises at 5:30, but before that it is already bright.
Best experience I had in Luxor. I would recommend everyone to book this balloon ride. It was really worth it to wake up early for this.
I saw alot of sights we visited the day before.

They picked up very late and nobody answered my text or call to know what’s going on… My flight was the last one, it said that is for the sunrise and we started the flight at 8:30 am without any other hot air ballon at the sky. The pilot never go around just stayed at the same place for around 30 minutes and when we come back, they didn’t give us anything. The ticket says it comes with certificate (No), bottle of water (No), breakfast (No)… anyway when we asked to the “owner of the company” that was the pilot, he said it doesn’t included and he doesn’t care if we are happy with the experience or not. He was aggressive with us and other two couples who were waiting for at least a bottle of water. I had this experience in other places around the world and it was amazing, but here, this company made me feel vulnerable and disrespectful. I don’t recommend this company.

Booked a 4:30am hot air balloon with Enjoy Egypt. What we got? Delays, confusion, and a sunrise spent on a boat, not in the sky.
They overbooked and blamed the weather (funny, we saw tons of balloons up at 6am!). Then a 45-minute boat delay with zero explanation (unless you count "Egyptian air is fickle"). Calls went unanswered, English was a mystery to them. This isn't an agency, it's an obstacle course of frustration.
Save yourself the aggravation. Enjoy Egypt won't let you enjoy Egypt. They're middlemen of misery, champions of chaos. Choose wisely, friends. Your blood pressure will thank you.

enjoyed our balloon ride! The pickup and transport to the balloons and back was well organized. And our pilot did a great job keeping us away from the other balloons and gave us a longer ride. Our balloon was also bigger and newer than all the other balloons which was nice
