Marian gave us a fantastic tour of the West Bank of the Nile. She was very good at explaining everything and was super friendly. She showed us so much and even took us on a boat tour afterwards to the Banana Island for dinner. 5star tour!

Was a very excellent tour around the West Bank of Luxor. We visited the valley of kings, a temple and the shop where they make the statues. Remon my guide was very knowledgable and I learnt a lot from him. He explained everything and answered all my questions. The driver Emad was very friendly and helpful too

We had our private tour on West side of Luxor with guide Ayman. He is very knowledgeable guide giving lots of interesting information about the visited places and he answered all our questions. He gave us all the time we needed to explore the places at our ease. After the tour we visited a shop where we were shown how the pieces are made from alabaster and where we could also buy some nice quality souvenirs. On the way back we had our delicious soft lunch ( included). I highly recommend this tour with guide Ayman.

Fantastic tour with Remon our guide . Lots of knowledge about the past and Egypt today which we found very interesting. I would definitely do again . The valley of the kings was amazing !

Excellent trip with my family to see sights in the West Bank. Very easy to arrange - booked only evening before. No issues with pick up. Driver was very safe. Guide (Michael) was excellent in helping us understand the history. The bottle of water was much needed in the heat! We will be using them again!!

Amazing time with Hani (driver) & Ramon (egyptologist). They picked us up at the hotel in a very nice car with air conditioning. Ramon has a lot of knowledge of Egypt. He will give you a quick resume of Egyptian history. He talks really fast. So stop him to ask questions if you need to. Dont be shy! Ask questions and Enjoy your trip.

The tour started very early, we were picked up on time. The tour covered all the main attractions in Luxor and the tour guide was informative. However, we paid for lunch and were told this would be sandwiches only and that we would only have the options of falafel or koshari. We were under the impression that the lunch would be at a restaurant at least. Drop off to our hotel was meant to be included but the tour guide said that the driver had somewhere else to go personal reasons but rather than asking us if we were okay with walking to the hotel, the decision was made without our opinion. Only when we inquired about the drop off being included were we asked if we didn’t mind walking to the hotel.

My tour guide remon is absolutely fantastic and very knowledgeable on the rich history and his way of explaining the history is very simply understand. He book fir us hot air ballon which was amazing We are so happy with how the tour went

We had an AMAZING time with Dina on our tour of the East/West Bank. She is incredibly knowledgeable, and a great story teller, which makes your experience so much more immersive. She also suggested a few other locations that made our trip much more rewarding. I can’t recommend her enough.

Great day in Luxor . Every thing went smoothly as planned by Remon, our guide. The previous day he came by our hotel to provide details of the tour that would take place the following day. Hot Air Ballon early in the morning was perfect. Visiting the East and West Bank, having lunch at Banana’s island was more than I expected. Also, I really loved visiting the local small businesses and buying from them . In this time of pandemic we must support those businesses that have been struggling for almost two years. Last but not least , Remon , our guide , has a superb knowledge of the whole ancient Egyptian saga and can organize first class activities. It is a must to do tour.

I had never been in a hot air balloon before and for some reason was not even scared. Let me promise you this...it was so peaceful and almost Heavenly. Didn't feel a thing in the air. To be however far up in the air we were and to see the sun come up in an open air basket...I truly cannot describe it. Simply beautiful. And just to see the Valley of the Gods that I would later visit was too good to be happening. I promise you. I must say that Sindbad Hot Air Balloon was amazing and I didn't even realize there would be a Captain but ours was Captain Karim and he was amazing and controlled the balloon with a smooth hand so me and like 15 other people could simply enjoy the experience. I must also say that booking this through Hashem Egypt Tour Guide was the best decision ever. Not only did they pick us up at the hotel but they delivered us back safe and sound in time for breakfast. We later booked the tour I mentioned above with them. Separate review to come later. But if you come to Egypt I highly encourage you to book with Hesham. You will get the utmost professionalism and a lifetime memorable experience and the best value for your money.
