Cairo, Aswan, Nile Cruise, Luxor and Hurghada 10 ( Marvellous) Days
The trip was wonderful. Khaled from Nile Holidays is very nice, professional and takes care of everything. This is the second time I travel to Egypt with them. The team of Cairo ( my driver and Ayman) were especyally FANTASTIC. My guide (Zak) from Aswan, Nile cruise and Luxor really good too. They truly go over & beyond. Everything was perfect. I can't say enough about them. You can trust Nile Holiday and Khaled to organize your great vacation in Egypt.

        Great tour
The tour was well organized. Everything was on schedule. We had a wonderful time. I would to specially thank Walid Noaman, who was our guide from Luxor to Aswan, He was very knowledgeable and very good with children. We highly recommend him especially to families with young children.

Fantastic weeks holiday seeing the wonders of Egypt
We really enjoyed our Nile Cruise on board MS Concordia and visiting all the amazing temples from Aswan to Luxor plus Abu Simbel by car. Our guide Zak was very knowledgeable plus good company. Khaled arranged everything perfectly for us which included 3 days in Cairo visiting the Pyramids and 2 museums, etc. Certainly recommend Nile Holiday for all holidays in Egypt as so well organised plus great value for money. Dahabiya the way with Saleh
This was amazing! I highly recommend booking with Nile Cruise on the Dahabiya-style boat. It is intimate, calm, and customary to the itinerary you make with your guide. The accommodations on our boat were fabulous. The food was lovely. we got a taste of unassuming local culture with a beach BBQ with a very kind man who owned a farm (we got to visit the animals) and local music celebrations and chats with the crew were priceless. Sunsets were amazing of course but not as as spectacular as our own tour guide Saleh. He was so warm kind and knowledgable. The most helpful. He really listened to our needs and his joyful spirit made all of our sightseeing a pleasure. We was so many temples it was the best Hooray for Nile Cruise and Saleh.

5 Star Nile Cruise December 2024
Our first visit to Egypt where we combined a few days of independent travel in Cairo with a 7 night Nile cruise Luxor to Aswan and return to Luxor. Great opportunity to see many of the sights on the Nile and needed longer! Private tours and informative guide ensured that we took all the opportunities to see the historical sights. Cruise on the Queen of Hansa came with great service and food. Cabins and beds were large and comfortable. The open areas were looking a little tired in comparison to other lines - but they may have been significantly more expensive.

The best way to see Egypt
We actually spent ten nights in Egypt. Arrived in Cairo first where Aymed was waiting for us at the airport. He was kind and knowledgeable. He helped us greatly since the airline lost our luggage. The next day our guide Sultan picked us up from the hotel and took us through the streets of Cairo thanks to our driver and hero Willi. Sultan spent three days guiding us through sites and museums. He was patient when i asked him thousands of questions. Very knowledgeable. He went above and beyond helping us recover our lost luggage. We flew to Luxor where our guide Honey was waiting for us. He showed us the beautiful city of Luxor very green and full of flowers. Honey stayed with us through the Nile cruise taking us back in time at every stop. He was kind, knowledgeable and has a great sense of humor. The Nile cruise is so beautiful. The river is majestic. The boat service is superior. The food is great. The people on the boat were kind and attentive. We even had a great massage on board. Our last adventure was the trip to Abu Simbel. Nile Holiday representatives were with us through the whole one day trip. The Ramsés the Great beautiful temple to himself and wife is a marvel of engineering and art. Seeing this temple will change your life. Khaled at Nile Holiday planned our trip carefully and listened to my wishes and concerns. This is the best way to see Egypt. Nile Holiday will take care of you like family. Thank you to my Nile Holiday family we are very grateful for showing us your beautiful country with a unique history.

Nile Holiday ( Khaled ) with guide Walid
We did our trip with Nile Holiday, (Khaled was our trip organiser) It was excellent, everything about the trip including pick ups, the boat ( Premium Nile ) all guided excursions were extremely well organized, everything was easy and ran smoothly. The boat was perfect, great buffets, comfortable cabin, very clean. Khaled organized a few other things for us and again, it was all perfect, the people he uses are the best, friendly, professional, always ready to help !! No matter what you want to do in Egypt, regardless of your time line, Khaled will figure it out for you. Every trip/excursion will only be as good as the guide you happen to have, our group lucked out with possibly Egypt's best tour guide, Walid, you are awesome ! Knowledgeable and personable, ( lots of dates and kings to hear about but Walid keeps it simple) He is funny, a joy to spend time with, but super professional at the same time. He reads hieroglyphics like we read books, which is pretty handy in Egypt. We were fortunate to spend 4 days with him, he taught us a lot and we had lots of laughs ! You the best Habibi !!

Trip of a lifetime. Relaxing, adventurous, educational, and so easy with Khaled’s help.
This was such an AMAZING trip. I did lots of research before we picked a tour, and even then I am still just blown away by how special our cruise was Khaled helped us plan it and was responsive and helpful via email, and then from the moment we arrived in Egypt we were at ease. From airport pickups, to amazing meals, to a wonderful boat, the best tour guide, and everything in between. The cruise was such a perfect blend of relaxing, educational, and adventure. The food was so delicious, authentic, and healthy. The chef and the entire crew were so kind and helpful, and made the trip very special. Our amazing tour guide, Walid, made the trip incredibly memorable. His knowledge is not just from textbooks (although he can answer any question you have and read hieroglyphics with ease) but also it is evident that he is immersed in Egypt and is known and respected every where he goes. It was like being with a rock star at every monument! He made our experience so much richer by bringing us to places he and his friends go, going to one of his favorite mosques, and never skipping an opportunity for us to have a unique experience. He also taught us so much. Besides the history of every monument, we got a holistic understanding of history and when we finally had to leave him and explore Cairo on our own, we felt so much more equipped and capable of really grasping over 4000 years of history. And of course he helped us navigate the present day intricacies of Egypt and learn some helpful Arabic! It truly was the trip of a lifetime and although we saw SO much (everyday our minds were blown by such impressive sights) we would still love to go back and see more of what Egypt has to offer with Khaled and Walid!

        Amazing experience on the Nile.
Took a Felucca ride for the sunset at Luxor. Great experience. It was very cheap (~$15) for an hour ride for a private Felucca for my family. They helped take tons of pictures for us as well.

Nile Holiday! Holiday of a lifetime!
We have been traveling lower and upper Egypt for the last 2 weeks and there are not enough great amazing words I can say about Nile Holiday! All of our custom tours, transfers from hotels and airports, along with our guides have been so great! Nile Holiday is excellent with pricing and the personnel, we are very satisfied. Khaled Reyad the operations manager will work directly with you and had all arranged to make your Egypt holiday enjoyable and worry free. We had the best most experienced tour guides who took care of us and had so much Egyptian history to explain wherever we went. Ask for guide Hani in lower Egypt - Cairo and Luxor. Also Mohammed I upper Egypt - Aswan and Luxor. There are many tour operators in Egypt, choose Nile Holiday! They are guaranteed to give you lifetime Egyptian experiences!

A Serene Sail Through Ancient Egypt
We recently enjoyed an amazing journey from Aswan to Luxor on a 3 night dahabiya cruise. We arranged our airport transfers and cruise with Khalid, and I can't recommend him highly enough! Booking everything with him was a breeze, and he was incredibly accommodating and flexibile with all our needs Our dahabiya cruise from Aswan to Luxor was an absolutely magical experience. The dahabiya itself was so luxurious with plenty of space to lounge on the deck watching the beautiful sites of the Nile go by, or cool off in the dip pool. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed to make our journey comfortable and relaxing. The staff were incredible. They gave us plenty of space to enjoy ourselves while also being very attentive, checking in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed for a great experience. From being met with a delicious fruit juice mocktail everytime we boarded the boat, to the delicious mint tea we enjoyed in the afternoons. We even nicknamed the bartender 'Ninja' because he seemed to know what we wanted before we did and would appear before us magically with it in his hands! The food was the best we had on our entire trip. It felt like authentic home cooking, showcasing 'real Egyptian' dishes that we didn’t find in any restaurants. Every single dish was an explosion of local flavors, and you could tell the chef put great care into every meal. Adding to this, I am coeliac and they were more than happy to accommodate this. Best of all, I never felt like I missed out on any of the incredible food which can sometimes happen with special dietary requirements. Last (but certainly not least) Our guide, Walid, was exceptional. With a bachelor's in Egyptology and a master's in hieroglyphics, his knowledge and passion for Egyptian history, local history and Egyptian culture was truly remarkable. He taught us so much about hieroglyphics that by the end of the tour, we could interpret some ourselves! Walid was also an amazing photographer, always knowing the best angles to capture incredible moments from our trip. He was a beautiful soul who made us feel like family. We still talk about him now, and hope to see him again someday, Inshallah. There are countless cruises down the Nile, but the beauty of a dahabiya lies in itn its personalized service and intimate atmosphere. They know the best times to visit each site, allowing you to avoid the crowds. In contrast, larger cruise ships are packed with hundreds of people, which can take away from the experience.

Valley of the nobles and artisans should not be missed
We had a lovely Tour to Ramesseum, Habu Temples, and the Valley of the Nobles tombs. Our guide Ahmen chamged the Ramesseum to Deir el-Medina which was an excrlent choice. This shows the homes and tombs of the artisans or workers who built the temples and tombs for the kimgs and queens. It is interesting to see the differance in rhe tombs of the workers and nobles. The guide was enthusiastic about the subject and put a lot of energy into the explamations of the sites. Would totally recommend this tour and the guide.

        Simply superb across the board
We visited Egypt as a three person trip for nine days around the middle of August. Our rough plan was a few days in Cairo, followed by a Dhahabiya tour up the Nile towards Aswan. Khaled, who runs the bespoke Nile Holiday agency, was our main point of contact, and as such singularly helpful, flexible, and friendly throughout. So were his team. We would like to give you three examples of what we mean by this. 1. FLEXIBILITY Firstly, and while we had organised the Dhahabiya cruise a month in advance, we only settled on our interests in Cairo with three days warnings for Khaled. Nevertheless, he organised day trips to the Pyramids of Saqara, Dahshur, and Giza; Islamic and Coptic Cairo; and the Egyptian Museum with ease. The quality of our trips was - thanks to both the organisation and our guide, Sultan - amazing in our eyes. This is as true for the content of Sultan's thoughts on the monuments we visited, as it is for the duration of time spent at different sites balanced with rest periods, or even comfort of transfer between places. Perfect, thank you, Sultan. 2. QUALITY OF GUIDES & THE TEAM Secondly, the Dhahabiya trip at the height of the summer could have presumably been an easy way to cut costs for any travel agency by putting us on a cheap/old boat, etc. The contrary is what happened. Khaled ensured both a highly comfortable boat - with a truly friendly and attentive crew - and a superb guide, Walid. We cannot thank Walid enough for his archeological expertise, his good-humour, his open and welcoming attitude, and his enthusiasm for the day's plans. Equally, his practical advice regarding what tips were appropriate in certain circumstances, prices at local shops, etc were always reassuring. Thank you, Walid, for all you have done for and with us. We will remember you for a long time, and cannot recommend you highly enough. 3. DEALING WITH EXCEPTIONAL CIRCUMSTANCES Lastly, as one of us fell ill on the boat due to a throat infection, Walid connected us to a doctor in no time, helped to organise medication in the middle of the night (and in the middle of nowhere with the help of the tug boat heading to the nearest pharmacy), and made sure we were appropriately looked after. Khaled did check in on us repeatedly as well. CONCLUSION As you are reading this, you may be overwhelmed by the large number of travel agencies out there. We certainly were. Even with the most critical eye we would give their work 10/10. We simply cannot find any source of productive critique as they have done a really wonderful job throughout. We have no doubt whatsovever that you will find yourself in excellent hands if Nile Holiday helps to organise your trip, and are looking after your for its duration.

You will find the Valey of the Queens repetitive after you have done the e Valey of the Kings. I recommend doing it only if you are interested in visiting Nefertari’s tomb and you are interested enough to pay 1,600 EGP per person ( $52 USD AS OF July 2nd 2023). They also don’t offer student price, so it can come expensive for a family. They say no more than 10 minutes in the Nefertari’s tomb but not sure they really apply that rule.

The Habu temple was surprisingly interesting and better preserved than other temples.

We skipped the Valley of artisans.

About the driver and the guide, they were very accommodating in adjusting to our plans. The guide is quiète knowledgeable which may lead to you getting more information than you need.

I recommend this tour if you are passionate about ancient Egypt and you have extra time to go beyond the most famous sites

My guide Azab was very professional, easy going and kind so that I can look at the details of places and ask him many questions. He used work as alqueolog before and worked in som sites in Luxor. He as excellent guide and good English.

We did a 10-day Nile boat cruise with Saga, which was excellent, but by far the best day of our holiday was the day trip with Nile Tours on our first day.
Tayeb, our guide was very good. Nile Tours and Tayeb even organised an extra birthday celebration for my husband on a felucca, which we were thrilled with.
The content of the trip to the Valley of the Queen's was brilliant and the quality of the artwork in the tombs was unforgettable. Thank you so much, Nile Tours and Tayeb.

EXCEPTIONAL tour. Walked, our guide, was not only very knowledgeable about the sites, but very kind and funny; he even helped to arrange a private carriage ride around the city for us after the tour. The tombs in the Valley of the Artisans were particularly amazing. Could not recommend this tour more!

This tour was the perfect complement to a Nile cruise, which usually only takes you to Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut Temple on the West Bank. With this tour you get to see the rest of it, and the company is very flexible at letting you add on additional sites like Ramesseum and Tombs of the Nobles.

My tour guide Hesham Hamad was wonderful. He's professional, funny, and insightful-giving you a great deal of information about the sites; he could honestly describe every detail in a tomb. Also gave the right mix of guiding with free time to explore as well.

Walid was the most knowledgeable guide I had in all of Egypt. Not only was his English excellent, but he is actually a real Egyptologist, unlike many of the fakes and touts that only claim to be. In fact, he has a Master's degree in Heiroglyophics, and can read the inscriptions in the temples like he's reading a magazine. He gave a quick lesson on the basics.
The monuments themselves are very impressive. Medinet Habu has well preserved colour for an external building, and Nefertari's tomb was worth the extra admission price. The worker's tombs were interesting too, and extremely well preserved.
In all, I highly recommend this tour.

We were in Luxor for 2 days, so to fill the first half of second day, we decided to take this tour to the Valley of the Queens.

I should mention, that if you are only in Luxor for a day, you need to take the whole day tour of Valley of Kings, Karnak, Luxor temples and Temple of Queen Hatshupsut. If you have extra time, then take this tour, which takes you to Valley of Queens, Valley of Artisans and the Temple of Madinet Habu.

Valley of Queens is very similar to Valley of Kings, but you do get a different perspective. Valley of Artisan is a very informative tour of the living quarters of the the workers who worked on these temples. The Temple of Medinet Habu is another awesome temple with a lot of history carved on the walls. The trip is nearly 2.5 to 3 hours and is well worth the time.

Our tour guide Ali, was very informative and co-operative. It was a nice experience. Does not include lunch, but it was not long enough to justify lunch.

Mohammed was a great tour guide with excellent English. His explanations were interesting and made the tour fun. All our destinations were nice and quiet (compared to some of the busier locations in Luxor) which made the tour relaxing.
