I booked a Luxor private tour with a friend and it has exceeded all of my expectations. Our tour guide was Abdule and he was absolutely AMAZING! Such a knowledgeable man and showed us so many incredible places, along with explaining the history of everything. He speaks great English, so it was good that there was no language barrier. He was able to answer/explain in great detail any questions we had without hesitation. We felt very safe with him and I think this was one of the best tours I ever had. Abdul was a very nice guide. He led ua through the various temples and tombs in the East and West Bank. He was knowledgeable and gave us some tips for food and was flexible with our requests. I would probably go back.

Price was a little high, BUT: Hassan the guide was a super good and friendly person, good english with clear explanations. He didn't put us in any tourists trap-shop and suggested a very good local street food. Because of the early time in the morning, they provided two drivers, both really good.

Amazing trip and super informative. We did everything listed and added valley of the queens. The restaurant they took us to eat lunch was really good. Everything was organized and picked up on time from the hotel. Ahmed aziz was our guide and he did a great job and was very informative

He’s not just a guide, but a true Egyptology enthusiast. With his energy, charm, and storytelling, we were completely immersed in another world. Without a doubt, we didn’t have the same experience with the other tours. If it had been up to us, we would have taken him with us on the plane to visit other parts of Egypt that we had seen with the other guides. Highly recommended! We took a half day private tour with Hassan as our guide and Raman as our driver. We were picked up from our hotel in a lovely air conditioned mini bus and then enjoyed a morning visiting Valley of the Kings and Hatshepsut’s Temple amongst some other monuments. We couldn’t fault it- Hassan was an excellent tour guide, so knowledgeable and gave us a real insight into the history and Egyptian culture. And Raman was always there ready to take us in to the next sight. I would highly recommend this tour.

**Excellent Luxor Tour with Khalid and Ahmed!** We had a fantastic full-day tour of Luxor's highlights on both the East and West Bank with Khalid as our guide and Ahmed as our driver. Both were outstanding! Khalid was incredibly knowledgeable, handling tickets smoothly and sharing fascinating details about Luxor and the incredible sights we visited. Ahmed was always punctual with the van, ensuring a seamless door-to-door service—which was especially appreciated in the intense heat. The van was spacious, private, and blessedly air-conditioned, with the AC on full blast throughout the day. We didn’t have to walk far from the parking lot to the attractions, making the experience very comfortable. Both Khalid and Ahmed were polite and attentive, even opening and closing the van doors for us. We aren't fans of the heat, so we asked Khalid to focus on the must-see sights, skip lunch, and avoid shop visits. He tailored the day perfectly to our requests, making the tour efficient and enjoyable despite the rising temperatures. Khalid also gave us insightful perspectives on geopolitical issues surrounding the Nile River, which we greatly appreciated as visitors from Washington, D.C. Another highlight was Khalid’s excellent photography skills—he captured some amazing photos for us! He matched our pace perfectly, ensuring we saw the best of Luxor without lingering too long in the heat. The only suggestion for improvement would be to offer cold bottled water, especially during hot days like ours. Overall, Khalid and Ahmed made our day in Luxor unforgettable. We learned so much from the tour. Hassan was very informative and gave us a lot of Egyptian history. Definitely recommend the private tour. Had lunch at a local restaurant and food was delicious. Ramadan and Hassan made our tour very smooth and easy.

Abdul was an incredible guide. As an Egyptologist specialising in hieroglyphics, we had a detailed explanation of all of the sites we explored. The itinerary is more “flexible” than advertised but it meant we spent more time at the most interesting and beautiful sites, missing those that were closed such as valley of the queens. The souvenir shop that is part of the trip was not particularly enjoyable but seemingly part and parcel of a tour in Egypt. Overall would recommend!
