Found out it was cancelled when I called to ask when they were coming and was told they couldn't find the balloon pilot. The positive was that they refunded our $ immediately. Also offered the balloon ride for the following morning but, unfortunately, we were unable to attend.

Super exciting experience- we were helped with tours and finalized the trip with a Nile activity- could not have been more helpful.
