Great way to see Luxor in a day! Bucket list experience!
This is a must do once in a lifetime experience. Valley of Kings is incredible. You get entry to 3 tombs and our guide recommended Ramses I, Ramses III and Ramses IV, all of which were amazing. I also paid extra to go in SETI I tomb which I cannot recommend enough. This was the highlight of the tour for me. Karnak temple and Luxor temple are both incredible. You could spend a lot longer at both, particularly Karnak, but it still didn’t feel rushed. Lunch was very good on this tour. Our Egyptologist was very knowledgeable and made everything really interesting.

          Abdul is the man
Wow, what can I say. After spending hours looking at tours and reading reviews, we finally settled on this one and specifically requested to have Abdul as our guide - we were not disappointed! The tour itself is fantastic and is a great way to see the mainstays of Luxor in a day. The variety in the sites included gives you a great taste of everything from ancient tombs and burial sites to some of the grandest temples you will ever see, and also a bit of local culture as well. Whilst the sites themselves were fantastic, our entire experience was made by having Abdul as our guide. Abdul is extremely knowledgeable about the sites and Egyptian history, he was attentive to all the (very many) questions we had - and, most importantly, he is super friendly and made sure we had everything to enjoy our trip. We cannot speak more highly of Abdul and this tour. If (and when) we come back, we will most certainly be looking Abdul up again!

          Great Tour!
This was the best tour I’ve done since being an Egypt and maybe even in all my travels. Abdul is such a professional and he’s so passionate about his work that you can’t help but feel passionate about Egyptology as well. He was a part of the digging done at the sites before and he also teaches hieroglyphics. Abdul is completely on time and allowed me to personalize the tour as I wanted. I also really enjoyed his quiz at the end. This was a 10 out of 10 and I would definitely recommend it.

          Abdul was absolutely the best
When I say this was the best part of my time in Egypt I mean it. Such beauty, such culture, amazing people, and overall an amazing experience. Our tour guide was Abdul and he is very knowledgeable, he has the accreditation and such charisma. He was very friendly and had me engaged the whole tour. I came out very knowledgeable from this trip and honestly feels as if I met a new friend. Highly recommended

          Abdul is the best!
We had such a great day with Abdul! Hands down one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met on the subject of Egypt. His passion and love for all things Egypt is one of the best things about him. He is so easy to get along with and I guarantee you will end the day knowing more than you ever thought you would about the history of Egypt. Abdul and Ramadan (our driver) were on time and friendly. Abdul truly felt like family by the end of the day. If you’re going to Luxor, book this tour and ask for Abdul! You won’t regret it.

          Great day with incredible history
We had the most incredible day with our tour guide Hamdi. We arrived 40 minutes late due to our previous tour running over however Hamdi was a true gentleman and didnt mind. Not only was he very knowledgeable but he was so hospitable and always ensured we had refreshments and if we wanted to purchase something he took us where we got the best price. We learned so much history and we loved the valley of the kings and payed extra for king tuts tomb which I highly recommend. Luxor temple was also a must see as was hatshepsut temple. Overall great day

Best choice in private tour, incredibly lucky to have such an amazing guide.
This has been one of the best choices I made on my trip to Egypt: a fantastically curated private tour of Luxor's cultural treasures. I am not good with crowds of tourists, and despite being one myself, I consider the world's cultural treasures the responsibility of everyone who visits them. So, in general, my relationship with other tourists is not that good because of the lightness with which they behave and the irresponsibility and rudeness that they express in other nations and places. So, a private tour was just perfect. Luxor archeological treasures are a crown of Egyptian art and culture that must be seen at least once in your lifetime. My tour started by being picked up from my hotel in Cairo, brought to the airport and flying to Luxor, where I was expected by my tour guide, Marian Azer. I spent two days in Luxor and stayed overnight in the Luxurious Hilton Luxor. Those were two days full of learning and exchange of ideas and knowledge with my fantastic guide. The experience included the Valley of the Kings, Hatshepsut Temple, the Colossus of Memnon, Karnak Temple Complex, and Luxor Temple Complex. Each one of those places would not have been as half as amazing without the expert guide of Marian Azer. Marian is an incredible professional Egyptologist. She is not only an encyclopedia of facts but also an amazing storyteller who is able to connect history with the monuments without making you feel like this is a school lesson. She was always attentive and extremely kind, always making sure the information was in the right amount to not overwhelm you. In my case, I am really an avid learner; I am a university scholar at Concordia and Ottawa Universities in Canada (neuroscientist, artist, educator), and questions are always being formulated in my mind. I have studied many of the places I visited on this trip, corroborated facts and get additional, a lot of amazing additional information, sometimes can be challenging, but Marien was always ready to answer and always prepared to walk the extra mile to provide quality content. We had such fantastic conversations. I discussed points that are usually hard to discuss in tours because the guides are scripted, but Marian really knows her subject. Additionally, she always allowed me time to explore by myself, which I also really appreciate since I can meditate on the place, its importance, its contributions, and how these monuments keep teaching us about ourselves and how to face modern-day challenges. Again, I appreciate that flexibility, something that you do not find in crowded tours with strict, tight schedules and people roaming around you. At the end of the second day, it was hard not to feel like I was talking to an old, very respected scholar friend. An extremely intelligent and knowledgeable person with vast knowledge and appreciation of Egyptian culture and its value. I would recommend this tour to anyone for the marvellous things you will see, but I would especially recommend this tour WITH Marian, to anyone who really wants the flexibility, knowledge, attention to detail, kindness, and professionalism that she brings to the table. You guys have a fantastic jewel in your guide arsenal. Congratulations, and thanks for it. Date of experience: April 26, 2024

          Surpassed expectations. Full day tour.
An incredible private full-day tour with Abdul! After doing a lot of research and reading previous reviews, I requested a tour with Abdul. At the time, I didn’t realize the day we requested was Eid and Abdul gave up his day with his family to provide our tour, given we personally requested him. The day was nothing shy of amazing. Abdul is a guide, Egyptologist and part of the restoration team at one of the temples. It is evident he is passionate about his craft. He educated us throughout the day and was incredibly accommodating including adding an additional temple and boat ride into the day. My wife and I learned so much about ancient Egypt and it was a special day.

Was a complete tour, the guide Mr. Mansour was very attentive and friendly. He explained very well the stories of each place he visited and answered all our questions. Lunch was delicious, the food is included in the package but not the drinks (as a recommendation ask first for the price of the drinks). We enjoyed our lunch with a beautiful view of the Nile. Our day was absolutely amazing, we want to thank you Mr. Mansour for made us have a great time in Luxor.

Amazing 2-days out. Valley of the Kings / Queens and Luxor
Khalid was our guide, and he was fantastic, friendly and very knowledge. He explained in great detail the history at each site, we had plenty of time on our own to take pictures and browse at our leisure. Really recommend the 2-day guide as it gets really hot and too much to do in one day
