Bought our tickets, fairly cheap but was then told we would have to wait. Entered the tower only to be asked for our waiting numbers. To be told please wait out side until your number shows then you can enter (our numbers 541, 542). The screen showed 371 and in 15 minutes it was 381, which meant a 3 hour wait…..really! Ripped the tickets up and went for dinner.

We had the balloon ride after sunrise. We were offered breakfast after balloon ride. The music was so loud here our ears were hurting. Ahmed Bahaa our guide interupted our breakfast and the show by wanting, or more rather forcing reviews from us. We left the restaurant halfway through as the music was too loud. He went with us. We immediately enquired about transfer back to hotel and we were told to wait. We messaged several times from just after 8 and by 9:30 we realised no-one was picking us up and had to take a private taxi after being harassed all the time outside of SunSet restaurant under a tree.

Cairo Tower (برج القاهرة , Borg El-Qāhira) is a free-standing concrete tower in Cairo, Egypt At 187 m (614 ft) and the sight of Egypt from above the tower is memorable and really it catches the eyes and hold the breath and you will enjoy your visit to the utmost and you will spend very nice time and the staff are very friendly and helpful and the food is very tasty and I recommend visiting this place because the place authenticity and moreover the experience is very rich and worthy.

It was my 1st visit to this place and I'm really sad to write this review, NO online booking for the tickets.. I waited for more than 4 hrs just to enter and wait for another que before entering the elevator ? The token screen que been stopped for more than 3 times each time is around 25 mins !!! The fascilities at the ground are so so expensive!! If you left the table for a toilet and came back you will need to purchase again to stay in the cafe ?! I had the worst visit ever Too crowded and poor organization of the que

I don’t recommend this. Lots of banana trees, but alot of trash from tourists all over the place. There are animals in cages and a crocodile in an enclosure that is way too small. Overall disappointing. Not much there other than that…you’ve been warned. Don’t let the tour provide it as an add, on because you may be unknowingly pay double.

Great view over Cairo and the Nile! can recomend to make the visit during the day light and you will see all the way to the Pyramids We took a nice lunch at reataurant and with the breathtaking view it made average food taste well

We really loved the spinning restaurant the view was spectacular...the food was yummy yummy and abandoned.....the windows were crystal clear.... especially thanks to Mr. Ahmed mohamed Ramadan and Ms Dimiana for their kind care....

We booked a hot air balloon trip with Sheba Tours Luxor. We left very early in the morning, and after a delicious cup of Egyptian tea that we were offered we got into the balloon. It was great all those panoramas. And the pilot/tour guide told us a lot. And the price was great. So for us another great experience with Sheba Tours and Mr. Malak.

I highly recommend 100/100. Best place I’ve been to in Egypt. Very beautiful views too. The restaurant was great and so was the service. ♥️

Do NOT recommend. I was on a excursion to see the valley of the kings and on the way they asked if I’d take a boat trip for an extra £10 to see banana island, they told me I was going to see crocodiles and monkeys so as expecting wild animals I taken off my jewellery thinking I’d feed wild monkeys but when arrived the first thing I saw was a corpse of a crocodile, 3 caged monkeys and 1 crocodile in a tiny cage with no room to turn around and minimum water. This island is just an excuse to trick tourist into wasting there money.

Banana Island is simply a section of the Nile with a banana plantation, a couple of shops and an area where drinks and food are served. Seeing Monkeys and crocodile’s means 6 monkeys in a cage and two Crocodile’s in a circular enclosure just about big enough for them to turn around. It’s like a very poor mini zoo. There was much more wildlife to see cruising along the banks of the Nile. The highlight is the boat journey and I would suggest just doing this and avoiding the rather shabby Banana Island.

This tour was the highlight of our 4 weeks holidays in Luxor and Aswan; very well organized by „very nice holidays - Sheba Tours in Luxor“; early morning transfer from our hotel „Sofitel Winter Palace“ by boat via river Nile to the west bank and then by bus to start the balloon tour at sunrise; great views across valley of the kings, temple of queen Hatschepsut, Luxor temple, Ramesseum temple and Nile river valley; after 45 min balloon ride back to the hotel to take sumptuous breakfast; will repeat this tour again next january under assistance of Sheba Tours

Very good experience with a good and friendly guide. He was very punctual and good. Also very interesting places visited. It was worth all the money. C

In one word: fantastic! The pyramids in Giza are a unique experience, but the Djoser pyramid in Saqqara is also incredibly impressive. Our guide accompanied us through the day with great specialist knowledge and gave us insights that we would not have found without guidance (e.g. a burial chamber under a pyramid in Saqqara). This activity is not only recommended but an absolute MUST!

The agency was commissioned operator organized everything perfectly .... I had no inconvenience very comfortable and punctual, everything described in this activity is fulfilled to the letter. The guides are excellent
