August 2024 – Family We saw these fantastic reviews of Cleopatra Tours and booked a private tour for our family for 11 days in Egypt. We were not disappointed. Massimo, the tour organizer, put together a fantastic package end to end with fabulous hotels, great drivers, reliable air-conditioned cars (yes it was hot, 38-43 C or 100-110 F), and of course very knowledgeable Egyptology guides. Our guide in Luxor, Esam, was exceptional. Massimo was very responsive to all the queries and clarifications when needed. Throughout the tour, we were taken care of, never felt unsafe or worried. With all that, the cost of the trip was very reasonable and there were no hidden costs.

I contacted Mr Massimo to ask for information about the Nile cruise. Since we started talking about the family vacation we wanted to organize, I did not hesitate to organize our whole stay in Egypt with Mr Massimo. From the first moment very attentive to all our doubts and needs. Always well prepared, answering everything very quickly and in detail every excursion. It is difficult to find people like that nowadays who want to guide you beyond selling you something. He helped me organize our Transfer, the Nile Cruise, all the Hotels, the Flights, and he was always very polite and excellent. It was a long-awaited and longed-for trip for our whole family, and Mr Massimo was what we needed to finish organizing it. Thank you very much Mr Massimo for all your good attention, your excellent predisposition and good education towards us. I would recommend you and if I come back to Egypt I would contact you again.

We booked a 10-day private tour with Cleopatra Tours. They are a well-organized tour company. They picked us up from the airport right on time and stayed with us for the entire 10 days. At no point did we feel unsafe, lost, or in need of anything. Everything was meticulously planned. We never had to wait a single minute for anything; our car was always ready at our hotel right on schedule. The tour guides were excellent, they speak good English. Massimo is the manager with whom you interact. He responds to your messages immediately, arranges everything you ask for, and is super flexible and helpful. We stayed in good hotels in Cairo and Hurghada, and he booked the best cruise for us in Aswan. We can't forget the delicious food from the cruise. We entrusted Massimo and his team to choose all the hotels and the cruise, and they did an outstanding job.

Mohamad is absolutely amazing! He created a customized and personal experience that took me to see everything I wanted and more. He far exceeded all my expectations. He is incredibly knowledgeable, kind and passionate about his job and country. A fantastic bonus was that he took over 300 professional grade photos and instantly shared them with me to commemorate my trip. I will always use Cleopatra every time I return and highly recommend him!

I did a 10 day private tour, including the pyramids of Giza, Alexandria, and a Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. I was met on time at the airport upon arrival in Cairo and taken to my first hotel. Wessam was my guide for the first two days in Cairo and the pyramids and was excellent. I had the same driver throughout but different guides in different cities after that. All the guides were very knowledgeable and spoke good English. Everyone was focused on making sure I had everything I needed and wanted to ensure I had the best experience.

We just finished an Egypt trip with Cleopatra tours and it was a memorable experience and well organized. Thanks to Mr. Massimo and team. We had some good tour guides in Cairo, Alexandria, Aswan and Luxor. They were good, English speaking and flexible. They are also reasonably priced and took care of everything… good work Cleopatra…

We took an eight day custom tour including Cairo, Giza, Aswan, Luxor, Nile cruise and more. We cannot recommend Egypt and Cleopatra tours more highly. Knowledgeable guides and great drivers met us at every destination and coordinated all the logistics perfectly. The price was very reasonable and we had a blast. If we were to return to Egypt, we absolutely would use this company again. This was so much better than a packaged bus tour.

The tours were fun and each guide was amazing and friendly. I enjoyed spending time with new individuals especially the tour guides, and they helped with whatever we needed. They were always on time and allowed us to choose where we would like to eat and offered us drinks and food. They are like family and it was an overall an amazing experience.

Everyone was so kind and thoughtful about allowing us see everything. People were also very excited about talking with us and the guides were extremely kind and supportive about what we did and extremely helpful with the information we were given. We also saw many different things which had beautiful views and the hotels were nice and spacious with great food and views.

Faultless. The whole experience was exceptional. Thanks to Mohammed for helping us arrange this he was always there and answering any questions we had. Both the Guide, Franco and Driver Mahmood were really good. Vehicle was exceptional, air-conditioned. New and you could tell it was recently valeted, nice and fresh and also spacious. Couldnt fault this Tour I will definitely come again. 5 star all day long.

Our trip is just an amazing one. Initially we were scared to come to Egypt during this time of issues going on in Israel, however Massimo from Cleopetra Egypt Tours kept us assured about the safety in Egypt and encouraged us to make this trip happen. Upon arrival we have been awesomely taken care by the tour guide Mimmo and Franko. Sometimes Mimmo took extra steps to give us conform and care which is more than our expectation! Last but not least, Mimmo organised my birthday after seeing it in my passport and gave me huge surprise which is such a memorable one for me!

We met Mlmmo and didn't have to look back. He is super knowledgeable, super friendly, super guy and super sense of humour. He did treat us as a family member not as clients. I wish him a super health and super success in his field. Cleopatra Egypt Tours is a great Tours company and I highly recommend for your upcoming tours to Egypt.

We had an awesome experience with Cleopatra Egypt Tours... Massimo was very helpful, kind and considerate to all our requirements and helped us plan a very economical and cost effective tour . He answered all our questions very patiently even at 2am. Hats off to him for planning this tour for us. Mahmoud at the airport, helped us clear immigration quickly and without any hassles. Franco and Mohammed picked us up on time, Franco was so friendly and welcomed us wholeheartedly. The car used was spacious and comfortable. Our tours to Giza Pyramid and Cairo was a very enlightening experience. Mimmo the tour guide was more like a family member than a guide...he was very knowledgeable, had lots of stories to tell us, there was not a minute of boredom with him. He made sure all of us were comfortable. He even bought cough medicine for my brother in law who had a very bad cough. We have been to many countries, but the hospitality in Egypt was the best we have experienced so far . Mimmo also took our pictures and sent them to us after his duty hours in HD format.
