The BEST trip I have ever taken anywhere in the world! 7-night Cruise on the Iberotel Crown Emperor, Luxor to Aswan, Nile river, Egypt. If you take any cruise, take this one! For all of us Egypt nerds, this was a phenomenal trip. The excursions were fantastic. We took the 7-day package and Abu Simbel excursions. And were so delighted we did. Magnificent! Our tour guide, Ehab, was the best guide, there are no words to express his in-depth knowledge of everything Egypt. No question went unanswered. Ehab was outstanding, awesome, brilliant and it was astonishing to hear all the wonders of each excursion we took. We call him Google! Cabins, beds, pillows, hallways, communal areas, decks and pool were lovingly taken care of and VERY clean. To be honest, the ship could use a bit of updating but I wasn’t in Egypt for the décor of the ship, I was there to enjoy all the sites, culture and magnificence of Egypt. What amazed me about this cruise was the staff onboard. They gave hospitality a whole new meaning. Each and every staff person was beyond attentive, helpful, caring, efficient, and pleasant. Nothing was too much. My daughter became very ill on board the 4th day into the cruise with a chest infection. The staff directed to us to a pharmacy that provided an antibiotic but the staff took her tinctures, made special food, served her in her room, and even had a sailor take her in a wheelchair to visit Kom Ombo when she was too weak to walk the entire tour! She didn’t miss a thing. The staff all asked about her well-being daily. They even had a special birthday cake and Arabic dance with music for my husband’s birthday. It was so much fun the entire dining room guests joined in. The food was first rate with an amazing chef who catered to all tastes in the 3 daily buffets. It was well presented and very tasty. We know ALL of the names of our staff, cameraman, that recorder the entire ship experience (we purchased the USB stick), and even the general manager. The experience was incredible and the tour guide Ahmed made it an excellent experience defiantly would recommend it!! It was a dream for me and my husband to go to the ancient cities in Egypt and we booked the tour in Luxor based on the reviews. We had such an incredible experience with our tour guide Ahmed in Luxor. He definitely made the day better and created a brilliant atmosphere which made the tour extra fun. He elevated the experience with his amazing personality and his deep knowledge. Super accommodating and with an incredible driver we had an amazing tour and experience. We did a few tours while we were visiting Egypt and none of them were like this. All were rushed and the tour guides did not seem to care about personalized experience. This one was the complete opposite and we wish all tours were like this. Hazem was very knowledgeable about all the tombs and sites in Luxor, and always asked if we needed anything. Pick-up was always on time, and he was very flexible in helping arrange a schedule to our needs. We would recommend this tour to anyone visiting Luxor.

This tour was, with our a doubt, the BEST experience we had on our trip to Egypt. On the first day we visited the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Temple of Hatshepsut and de Colossi of Memnon. Our guide was absolutely amazing. He is an expert Egyptologist who was eager to tell us all about Egypt’s history, he was open to questions, he explained everything in an interesting and understandable way, he let us take our time visiting the tombs without any rush, he took amazing photos of us and was overall incredible and super nice, we had great conversations with him. At the end of the day we were taken to lunch at a local restaurant (which is included in the tour). We weren’t very excited since we are vegetarian but they arranged some vegetarian dishes and the food was delicious and the service was amazing. On day 2 we visited Luxor Temple, Luxor Museum, and Karnak Temple. Again, the experience was beautiful. Our guide, in perfect English, took us on an amazing journey through history and mythology. It is also worth mentioning that during the whole tour we were driven by a very nice driver in a private car with air conditioning, cold water and snacks. We absolutely recommend this tour. Not only does it include sights that are left out in other tours (like The Valley of the Queens which was our favorite place in Luxor and totally worth the price to visit the tomb of Nefertari), but the company makes sure to hire experts to make an incredible and worthwhile experience. Our guide always made sure we were comfortable and enjoying ourselves. We can’t thank him enough for making our trip the most AMAZING and INCREDIBLE experience.

This review is for the luxor to aswan Nile cruise . This trip overall was awesome ! The Cruise was amazing and the staff when above beyond, especially for me because i got sick a day in . The staff helped my family bring tea and soup to my room. Hassan was very nice , knowledgeable, and passionate about ancient Egypt and current events.

Where do I begin!?!? This was my first time visting Luxor and knowing the amazing history throughout the region, I wanted to make sure that we would get the most out of our experience. specifically our guide Ahmed made this a once in a lifetime experience. From the start of our trip we were met with friendly service as well as feeling secure traveling to the desitinations that we selected. From the moment we met Ahmed we felt like he was family as he showed how welcoming the people of Egypt are while he discussed the background of the culture and history from the time we stepped into the tour van. His attention to detail of everything around us was incredible but more than that was his knowledge of the sites we visited. The historical information that he shared from 4,000 years ago as well as his vast knowledge of such rich historical landmarks made this such a unique experience. We can't thank Get Nile Cruise and ahmed enough for sharing their culture, history, and frienship with us as this was a trip I would recommed to our friends back home. If you are looking to visit Egypt, you will not be disappointed with booking them and I would highly recommed requesting ahmed and his team as they were awesome!!! We had a fantastic tour guide, Omar , he very passionate and knowledgeable about Egyptian history Inparticular hieroglyphs around various sites. He is really professional at speaking English, and explained everthing very clearly. I will definitely recommand him to my friends if they also come to Egypt.

I did a two- days guided tour on the east and west Banks with Hassan ! He was simply amazing ! seriously , he was like a walking encyclopedia of all things . his passion was contagious ! i felt like i was exploring Luxor with a cool , knowledgeable friend .plus , he knew the best spots for photos hassan made my trip unforgettable . i left luxor with newfound love for history and a bunch of incredible memories . if you ever get the chance to take a tour with him , do it ! its a guaranteed blast through the ancient wonders of Luxor !
