Mido is so friendly and chatty - we instantly took a liking to him - he took us to beautiful and affordable malls, we had so much fun time with him - that made us decide to book the rest of our outings with him. We had a fantastic full day tour taking in the Pyramids, Sphinx and Egyptian Museum. John also organised a separate walking tour of Old Cairo, taking in the major mosques and churches at very short notice. Both trips were excellent, ran very smoothly and the guides extremely knowledgeable. Lunch was great too. Thank you!

Amazing tour. Very friendly. Mido was a knowledgeable guide. We got a bit late getting to the civilization museum and the ticket counter was closed. Mido was able to convince the authorities to let us in if we bought the ticket online instead.

We had a terrible experience with this company and the representative. We booked a Sound and Light show through Viator and it was confirmed. On the say of the show we tried to get in contact with the company via Whatsapp to confirm the pickup time. We were then told that the show was cancelled due to Eid. He then offered to give us a city tour instead that was fine with us. What a city tour it was. A stop at a Papyrus shop, then he wanted to take us to a perfume shop and then a cotton shop. We made it very clear from the beginning that we do not want to shop. It is not our first time to Egypt. He got upset and took us back to the hotel. Not even an hour! I immediately got in contact with Viator and the refunded my money. They also offered to book the Sound and Light show again for a different date. What happened? They booked through the same company! A repeat of what happened but this time the guide/owner was extremely rude and told me that the show is not on. I send him prove after the hotel helped me that the show was actually on. It ruined my next tour because I had to battle with Viator to get the refund. This company is not serious about their business. If a show is not on because of any reason, then they should update their availability and make it not possible for people to book. But, what I realized is happening. They do not update the calendar and do not confirm until the grace period of 24 hours have passed to cancel for a full refund. If you are serious about your business, be professional and do your part. The guide did speak good Spanish.

Used Egypt fabulous tours in April 2024 . The whole experience was amazing From the pick up at the airport to the drop off at the airport . The guide Brahim and the driver Mhamed were great and patient all the way . Visited most sights in Cairo and Giza . Including the Egyptian museum and the Nile mini cruise .the old Islamic Cairo was really the highlight of our trip to Cairo . Thanks to fabulous tours for making our trip so easy and informative .

Well what to say about this place and gardens. Yes ostentatious but I would not mind owning it. It was originally built as a hunting lodge for the Khedive Abbas II of Egypt in the first half of the 20th century. The palace complex includes expansive gardens, beaches, and a number of buildings, including the Salamlek Palace and the Al-Haramlik Palace, which are both part of the Montaza Palace complex. Worth wandering around as the gardens and views are very nice a bit like my own garden at home

This is my first time seeing the Queens’ Pyramids, the tombs of Khufu’s wives and sisters. You can enter some of them, but they’re quite steamy inside. It was expecting to know something like that

We were a little disappointed...booked a "5 star Nile Dining Cruse" prior to our full day Pyramid tour. Taxi sent by EF Tours missed the boat and we had to wait for around 90 minutes for the boat to return. Boat quality was 2 star, even for Egypt and we decided we couldn't risk eating on it and returned to the hotel having paid 60 US $ for the privilege of a long night of hanging around ....and no dinner!!. Pyramid tour was OK but the guide was very young, quiet and reserved and compared to later guides, didnt really tell us a lot. No theme to the Cairo Museum visit just a random walk around with little context and the whole thing just petered out after 5 hours vs the 7 hours we paid for. Not the best experience we have had either in Egypt or elsewhere across the world!

We were a couple and we wanted to buy some gifts for our family so we booked the trip with fabulous tours and actually we went shopping and it was a really amazing trip

Everything was excellent, the kindness with which they gave us the tour, the personalized treatment, the driver and guides and the security they made you feel. I recommend it 100%
