We went to the Great Pyramid complex, the Sphinx, and the Grand Egyptian Museum with Salah, organized by Cairo Private Tours. We were very happy with the services provided. Organization was prompt and efficient and the company responded to my questions and inquiries very quickly. Early in the week prior to the tour, Tarek of Cairo Private Tours connected with me via Whatsapp, providing a direct contact to the company and shared with me the direct contact of our guide, who also connected with me directly the evening before the tour to confirm our meeting time and meeting location. Our guide, Salah, was incredibly knowledgable and provided background information and excellent insight into the sights visited. At the Grand Museum, he was able to break it down into digestable pieces, as the museum is massive (despite it currently only being partially open). Because we wanted to spend more time in the Grand Museum, we had pre-arranged to not go to any other venues that day, so seeing the bazaar on the same day would have been quite ambitious, particularly given traffic in Cairo (always bad). Would highly recommend Cairo Private Tours. The product received was as advertised on their website. They were highly responsive and delivered a personalized experience, making an amazing day trip for us. Salah was an amazing and experienced (and highly personable) guide who we would highly recommend as well.

This tour was an excellent way to explore Rosetta and learn about its history and culture. The guide was extremely knowledgeable, providing fascinating insights and details that brought the streets and landmarks to life. The pace of the tour was perfect - we were able to cover a good amount of ground without feeling rushed.

My wife and I had the Pyramids in our bucket list for a long time, and we decided to come to Cairo to make this dream come true. Prior to the tour, the communication with the company was nice and easy, through whatsapp. Our guide Amany was very professional, took us to the best picture spots of the site, and told us all about the history of the ancient Egypt. We highly recommend it, so much that we decided to go for another tour with the same guide a few days later, to Alexandria.

We had the pleasure of spending the day on a private tour with Sala! We were picked up at our hotel and learned about the sites both on the car rides and at the sites. Lunch was included- we went to a buffet style restaurant with many food options. It was nice to have your guide so that you weren’t overcharged for souvenirs/entrances included/ nice & friendly camel ride tour guide as well. We were only in Cairo for 3 days so I highly recommend to take this tour to see many sites in one day.

I did a two hour horseriding session in the desert and close to the Pyramids! Really unique experience. Horses were beautiful, well kept and well trained. Would totally recommend!

We spent a whole day with Salah whose incredible knowledge brought the history of the Giza pyramids to life - we learned so much more than we expected giving us a greater understanding and it made our experience way more enjoyable. Having the private van meant we could move between the pyramids with ease and allowed us to see so much and get away from the busy tourist areas. Once at the Egyptian Museum Salah then wove the many exhibits into what we’d seen at Giza making everything really interesting. The old town and bazar was a great experience too. If you have limited time in Cairo this tour is perfect which we highly recommend.

I contacted Tarek before booking and sent him a list of important destinations I wanted to see in Cairo. He was so knowledgeable and helped me create a plan that suited my vision and my special circumstances because I was traveling with my 94 year old father. Tarek assigned us a very thoughtful and nice driver, Alaa who treated my father with the utmost respect. He also assigned us a very knowledgeable young lady, Amany who was our tour guide during our stay in Cairo. Amany was obsessed with the Pharaonic civilization and history. Her obsession added to our excitement and joy. She was very knowledgeable and shared many interesting facts and stories that added to our unforgettable memories of Egypt. The only thing I would change in my very rich customized trip is choosing a different nile cruise than the one I went on. Based on Tarek's recommendation, I stayed at the Steigenberger Hotel at the Tahrir Square. This was a fantastic choice that I would definitely recommend. The service and the location were spot on. I also enjoyed Share3 Almo3ez, Khan Al Khalili, and mostly the Sufism show at Wikalat AlGhouri. Tarek, Amany, and Alaa helped me give my father a great time in Cairo. Thank you guys!

We were able to work directly with Tarek to book exactly the experiences we wanted and still get to the airport on time for our flight. Our guide Mo and our driver were on time, communicative and had great suggestions throughout the day to add enjoyment or our trip including a lunch stop, a stop at a perfumery and more. Mo was super knowledgeable about Saqqara, Dashur and Memphis and both guided us as well as let us have time on our own to explore. We also fit in a Nile falluca ride and some sightseeing around Cairo before our day ended. Highly recommend this team for a customized private experience!

After waiting 25 years I finally made the trip to Egypt with my family and I must say this had been one of the best. The highlight other than the amazing sites was definitely our super tour guide / photographer/ Egyptologist / security / bargain hunter / negotiator and most importantly my new brother from another mother @ Khalefa.. He made our trip so enjoyable and informative and showed us professionalism, patience and love that was unlike anything our family ever had. He took the most amazing photos which are our memories to cherish for a lifetime. We did Cairo , Pyramids, Museums , Mummies, day trip to Alexandria , Hot air balloon in Luxor, cruise along the Nile and ending in Aswan. Amazing experience to explore the 3 pyramids and the Sphinx. Really nice lunch at the Pyramids Lounge. We were able to add a boat ride on the.Nile River last minute. Our tour guide Eriny was so kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommended.
