Camel Ride, Sound & Light show and Dinner

4 friends and I booked the camel ride, sound & light show and dinner tour. We were greeted at our hotel by our guide, Mohamed. He was very friendly and provided good conversation and interesting facts about Egypt and Cairo. From there we were transported to the pickup spot where we rode camels through the desert to a viewpoint of the Pyramids. After a sunset ride through the desert, we were transported back to the main entrance to the Gize plateau and watched the sound and light show. To be blunt, the show is really lame - it is very dated and hard to follow along. Seeing the pyramids lit up at night is very cool though. After that we went for an authentic egyptian dinner and transported back to our hotel.
