He listened to what we wanted to see, suggested sites we had not thought of, and provided an interesting commentary of everything we saw. We went to sites we would not have thought of (Italian Coptic church), to sites still under construction, but important to see in the future (Greek Roman museum), and to the oldest pastry shop in Alexander (1927) where we enjoyed pastacio cakes. We highly recommend Momo as your guide; you will have a customized trip to remember.
- guillermogN6775HD00Not worth the money paid.Our guide was Ayub. He was not very well informed about the different mosques and museum. Lunch was fine, he gave us a choice of Egiptian food and we chose chicken Shwarma. We felt the guide was in a hurry to cover the tour, which was covered in 3 and a half hours including lunch, while the brochure says it would last 7 hours. The tour guide didn't cover all the mentioned mosques - we missed the Mosque of Amr Ibn-Al-As and the Islamic Cairo, Midan Silah ad-Din. So half the tour was not given to us. Too much money for what we got

You can see from the way he deals with you that he does his work from the heart and truly cares that you feel satisfied. He showed me all the areas I wanted to see in Alexandria with lots of historical detail and funny anecdotes. He knows all the local spots and never fails to surprise you with new ideas! Would 100% recommend!!!

- guillermogN6775HD00Amazing VisitIt was an incredible visit to very different places. St Simon Church and the garbage city vs. The hanging church, coptic museum and St Serge and ST Bachus Church. We learned a lot about Cairo's history and present. Manar, our guide is a charming, informed and excellent tour guide. We had enogh time in every site and enjoyed the explanations and comments of Manar. Lunch was at a Koshary place, the food was great
- adrianaASA00Overpriced and not honestI asked Travelish to arrange for my son and myself an individual tour to El Alamein Military Museum and Commonwealth, German and Italian Cementery from Almaza Bay. I have to say, that I approach them one day before the trip as we decided late and they were very prompt. The driver picked-up us at our hotel just in time. But that is all positive I can say. The driver spoke ZERO English and when we got to the El Alamein he did not have a clue where the museum and the cementery are. He did not have any GPS and have problems to find the places. He was smoking in the car and making phone calls (having a phone in his hand) while driving. He himself did not use car belt. We did not feel safe. The car was not clean. Even though I appreciate Travelish could organize our trip so quickly, they should be honest saying what we can expect. They charged us 280 Eur, which I think was totally overpriced.

We did a private tour in Cairo to the pyramids and the sphinx, and we did a private tour in Luxor to the valley of the kings and a few other locations. Both were great, very customizeable, the guides were extremely knowledgeable and knew the answer to every one of my questions. Manar was an especially amazing tour guide in Cairo - highly recommend to ask for her!

Not only is she a certified professional tour guide, but she is also very passionate about her chosen area of expertise. She constantly works on deepening and expanding her knowledge of the subject matter through research. She is also a good listener. While making a preliminary presentation of Coptic Cairo, she asked me some questions to find out more about my personal interests and adjusted her presentation of the material accordingly. I really enjoyed our tour because of her friendly manner of communication and interesting insights into the history of Coptic Christianity she shared with me. I admire Manar’s dedication to her job and strongly recommend her as a tour guide!

After a drive arround 2 hours we meet our fantastic and lovely tourguide momo. He was really passionate and know a lot about the Egyptian historie and culture. We had a lot of fun together. I would highly recommend this tour again if you like to visist alexandria in a day.

- Sunshine5047355417200A town with over 1000 minaretsIf you go to see the Pyramids in GIZA, you can explore their mysterious interiors. If you wander around Islamic Cairo, you can witness architecture from the early-mid-century era and even see the design printed on the five Egyptian pounds in real. Also,you can experience the view through the "Mashrabiyas" , which were specifically made for women on the upper floor windows, as described by Naguib Mahfouz, the Nobel laureate in literature. My tour guide, Mr.Mimo was kind and punctual. Thanks to him, I was able to visit the long-awaited "Binal Qasuline." Don't forget to bring a hat and sunscreen.I recommend not only this tour but also taking your meaningful time on the Nile by Felucca, a traditional wooden sailing boat, has no engine.

Absolutely amazing coordination with Momo and he’s team,he had a permanent driver with us as well as a tour Guide ABLA who was amazing and knew every part of history to what we have asked her,a very bubbly personality as well,from the owner.driver,guide and complete team very informative and would recommend them to anyone teaveling to Egypt

Manar was amazing! She took us to see the pyramids in Giza. Her English was good so it made it easy to understand her. Manar’s love for Egyptian history shows as she provided tons of details. I love to ask questions, and she was there to answer them. Grade A tour, very flexible and honest with what to expect. I will definitely be booking her again the next time I am in Egypt.
