I had a health issue and want to thank and compiment how the Duty manager,Jasmin, supported me. She was awesome! Also one of the bellman, Ahmed Razek, was helpful. Trip was nothing like a taxi ride, more like a preliminary discussion introducing Egypt/Cairo history and features providing a excellent footprint for us to consider planned & alternate options.Written October 8, 2019
