Transfer on time and for free for the guests. Our flight was delayed for 1 hour and a half and we reached the airport finding the Concorde shuttle awaiting us .

The hotel is a very large, modern 5 star hotel attached to one of the largest and newest malls in Cairo with over 750 stores, But that is not what I want to comment on. I had a health issue and want to thank and compiment how the Duty manager,Jasmin, supported me. She was awesome! Also one of the bellman, Ahmed Razek, was helpful. (I should also add that the buffets are prodigious, good, and beautifully presented)

we stay in the hotel during sept.,r from 16 to 21, 2o21 , really the hotel was excellent and has very pleasant staff mainly the forint office managers, mohammad ibrahim one of the best front manager i ever find in 5 star hotel, he was helpful as needed and his attitude was amazing, and Mostafa Ammar he was very pleasant and helpful in all matters, i really can nor t forget the nice Mohammad khatab although his duty was finished but he still assist the quest to make him satisfied and Norhan was helpful l , the Hotel all in all is excellent for stay Such staff really make the hotel rated very high , their personalities was added value to the hotel to be considered as one of the best hotels in Cairo mirage city any time i will make reservation i obliged to choose this hotel for any staying because suc Thank you for all excellent staff who make the stay perfect

The journey has been comfortable and safe. The personal has been great under all the point of view; politeness and kindness above all!

Travel time approx. 90 minutes (am peak hour). Transfer car waiting and was easily identified. Trip was nothing like a taxi ride, more like a preliminary discussion introducing Egypt/Cairo history and features providing a excellent footprint for us to consider planned & alternate options.
