Ça a mal commencé mais s'est très bien terminé. Ils ont annulé notre réservation à la dernière minute car ils n'avaient pas pu avoir de disponibilité dans les hôtels. Nous avons été remboursés intégralement. Puis nous avons réservé pour le même forfait, mais sans l'hébergement. Nous avons trouvé, grâce à notre «leader» de l'agence (Casper), un superbe hôtel pour moins cher, donc au final nous avons économisé.
Toute l'organisation de notre séjour avec Let's Explore Egypt a été irréprochable. Les sites visités sont bien choisis et intéressants pour la plupart, sauf le mini-musée à Memphis (quoi que le Colosse soit impressionnant), «l'oasis» de Barahiya et le Pillier de Pompéi à Alexandrie. Les transferts étaient toujours à l'heure dans des véhicules spacieux, propres et confortable. Nous avions un guide privé.
À noter que ce sont les seuls dans tout notre voyage en Égypte à avoir livré exactement ce qu'ils avaient promis, sans surprise et sans extra.
Notre guide francophone Shawky a été le seul bémol. Il était très gentil mais pas franchement compétent. Il se répétait tout le temps, n'était pas toujours facile à comprendre (et ne comprenait pas la moitié de nos questions), nous donnait trop de détails insignifiants qui nous ennuyaient et gérait très mal son temps (le premier jour il nous a amené au plateau de Gizeh pour voir le Sphinx et le pyramides passé 15h alors que le site ferme à 16h et que ça prend au moins 3 bonnes heures faire le tour!.. Heureusement nous avions du temps le dernier jour pour y revenir (par nous-mêmes et à nos frais) avant le départ de notre avion).
Somme toute je recommande cette excursion et cette agence.

Hi. I am interested in your tour but have 3 questions:
- Does it include a visit «inside» one of the pyramids?
- At the valley of the whales, do we also visit the museum or does it only include the outdoors site?
- Is it possible to have a guide that speaks French?
