We did a lot of nice activities such as riding a camel and sleeping in the white desert. The temples are wonderful and they have a beautiful culture and history. The guides also know what they are talking about and are very passionate about their country.

The ancient monuments are amazing! Everybody can look at photos, but it is only when you see it in real life you can truely marvel at it! How did the people of the past build all of this (knowing that also a BIG part is missing) ?! The guide will tell you that this would not be possible today. Well, it is ... but nobody will try this today with primitive tools. The people of the past did have a different mindset, try to understand the mind of the ancient Egyptians. Some tips: prepare for the heat, don't pay attention to those who are trying to sell things to you, and things can be a bit more expensive than you think (but you're making a trip like this only once!).

When you're ok with paying for 'extras' during the trip, it's nice. Travelling with a larger group, it could add up... Guide knows what he's talking about and is crazy about his culture.

Our guide was knowledgeable, helpful and patient. The tours were well-planned and informative. The boat offered every convenience you’d expect in a first class hotel with a friendly and attentive staff However, I’d suggest finding transportation to and from the cruise portion of the trip rather than taking the train. While efficient, the cars are filthy and not in good shape. Nearly every window is cracked or broken, carpeting is stained and torn, many berth lights do not work, the food is okay at best, the WCs are disgusting. Not the best way to start or end the otherwise pleasurable trip.

It was an amazing couple days and really helped make our trip special. Sherif was very knowledgeable and we learnt a lot from him. We were unsure whether to use a guide or not but were very glad we chose to as it made the experience even better and he helped us navigate around. Our driver was also fantastic. We had communication from the moment we booked so if we had any questions, there was someone to answer them. If you're on the fence about booking a guided tour, don't hesitate - its worth every penny. We will be using this company again when we come back to tour Aswan and Luxor.

The Guide was realy friendly and we saw many temples and the pyramids along the nile.It was pretty awesome and intristing.

We got to visit so many temples and had wonderfully experienced, friendly and knowledgeable tour guides to help us understand the significance and history of each temple with Khaled.

We had a great time in Egypt! People were very friendly and the sites were incredible. We learned a lot of history. We did book a hot air balloon ride that got canceled due to the weather. We informed our tour guide, Khaled about this and said we would get a refund. We went to some other sites instead. Highly recommended!

Khaled and Ida were amazing guides, took care of me and guided me through the sites and also what's expected of the culture. Cruise was comf as and the river was an amazing site.

Fardouse was my guide in Cairo - she was very knowledgeable on all the pyramids, tombs and sights. Khaled El Saady was my guide in Luxor - he was remarkable with his knowledge of the temples and tombs! All the drivers especially Islam were remarkable and Peter ensured I had full knowledge of the plan at every step. Incredible experience all round with so many memories and beautiful photos. This company took good care of me. I got canceled from my booked tour from another company the night before arriving in Egypt (no kidding), and Peter made it his personal mission to make sure I had a tour when I arrived the next day. Sure enough, my driver was waiting. They had to be creative on how to blend me into another group with no notice, but they did it, and I never missed a thing on my trip. Then, unfortunately, I got Traveler's Trots REALLY bad and had to stay on the River Nile Cruise sleeping in my room (which is lovely), so I missed seeing a few temples. My guide then, Tata, went and got me some medicine that worked wonders, and also super fast. My doctor at home said it was the right thing to do for me, so I was lucky to have this help. I couldn't believe the difference, because it saved the last few days of my trip, and that was in Luxor that you don't want to miss! All around, I was super taken care of. So just because it says Egypt on a Budget don't equate that with lower class experiences because everything is top notch. Book with confidence, these people are great.

Every day your activities will start very early. Your guide will WhatsApp the itinerary of the day. Ours, Khaled El saady Was very punctual on sending the itineraries the night before, with all the detailed information, The anticipation of what’s Ahead will help to forget that you got up at 4 o’clock in the morning. The temples are amazing. One is greater and more magnificent than the next. The month of October is very crowded because everybody loves to come after the long, hot Summer moms so expect to see a lot of people expect to have people pushing you getting in front of you to take their selfie’s and their photos. Never the less the experience is unforgettable.

This is definitely a great way to see some really amazing sights in relatively comfortable digs. It’s an action packed four days with very early wake ups but the sites are amazing. Khalid was an enthusiastic tour guide and was very entertaining. He gives an interesting context and perspective versus just reciting facts. Five stars to his guiding and to all of the staff we encountered. I would set your expectations appropriately for the ship, which is showing it’s age and is more of a western three star versus five star accom, but food was delicious and staff eager to please. The entry fees and a number of excursions aren’t included, so would budget a few hundred bucks extra for those in addition to budgeting for drinks on the ship. If you have extra time maybe consider seeing Abu simbel on your own before starting as that was a long driving day, but it’s a must see.

Khaled was an amazing tour guide through our tour in Egypt. We went to all the major sites and he gave an in depth and engaging description for each site. I highly recommend to anyone visiting Egypt to book this tour as you’ll really get the most of the history and culture.

The tour was great! We arrived on a Friday evening in Cairo and we did the pyramids on the first day and Luxor on the second day. They made sure we would see everything even though our itinerary was a bit different. It was a great experience overall and Khaled was a fantastic guide. He was very kind and knowledgeable. The Nile Cruise was great. I would recommend this tour!
