This was a very well managed trip by ibis tours. They were organized and well planned and accommodated our request for the change of guide on Nile Cruise. The cities we covered were magnificent and one must experience it once in their lifetime.

Apart from being polite , co-operative & punctual , they were having adequate information about everything. All the arrangements like hotel , food , conveyance were great . You will be left speechless after this tour by IBIS travel ! Bassam was my guide and he made the whole experience even more memorable. Bassam was so insightful with his extensive knowledge of the Pyramids, tombs, and hieroglyphics,also was photographer in Giza and got us to Memphis, Saqarra and the VIP access to recently opened tombs. Bassam even bought water for the workers around the Pyramid complex and food for the strays in Saqqara. Doing a private tour made the experience so much better because you move at your own pace. I even had time to stop and get coffee and some snacks. I highly recommend this company for anyone wishing to come to Egypt.

Ahmed was Knowledgeable about Ancient History of Egypt. He explained everything I needed to know about temples, tombs, pyramids, etc. There’s a lot to intake and a lot to be appreciative about one of the oldest civilization on Earth. I am ever grateful for Ahmed to have been able to tailor my trip according to my desires and to have gone out of its way to made discover some extra spots. I am recommending him as a tour guide for his professionalism and eagerness to educate us about his country.

The experience with IBIS was excellent. The meticulous details and flawless planning is definitely value for money. They had the entire itinerary along with vehicles and guides superbly arranged. Special mention to Essam who was our chief point of contact and he was very organised and particular. Always checking everything was in order for us. He also doubled up as our tour guide to Sakkara and showed us everything with all stories of the complex. The best guide for us was Ahmed who took us to Giza pyramids and the Egyptian Museum. The passion and knowledge was flowing. The pride and determination of sharing about history was mesmerising. The guide at Luxor and Aswan was Amr who was very much available for all our needs. The only thing he lacked was knowledge of the places of visit unlike Ahmed and Essam. We spent 3 full days in Cairo across our 10 days in Egypt. Passant was a wonderful tour lead and was with us since our arrival. She was very warm and welcoming and made our experience very comfortable. She also kept good company with my elderly mother and took great care of our requirements while in Egypt. Even while we were visiting other places, Passant ensured to constantly be in touch with us and guide us during our tour.
